The Oasia Resort Sentosa is situated in a great location just a few minutes walk to many sights and attractions at Sentosa such as Universal Studios and Madame Tussands. My partner and I stayed 5 nights and the room was the comfiest and cleanest we have been in over the course of our travels. There is paid breakfast or dinner available next to the lobby at the hotels restaurant "Bedrock Origin", with local and western options, there is also a kids menu for those travelling with little ones. We also enjoyed the spa and massage service which truly is deserving as one of the best in Singapore. The staff are all very friendly, in particular the door staff Dave who was always very helpful. Easily recommend to anyone staying on Sentosa!

Spent a long weekend here with my family in a connecting room. In-room facilities were great. We ordered room service for one night as it was storming and we were too tired to go out after a long day of hiking. Food was not bad though serving was a little odd. There was a wellness festival happening at the hotel during the month of our stay, so we tried out the aqua aerobic session - would be nice if activities were not so packed on weekends and little to none on weekdays.

Having been involved in the operations for 2 weddings, Jimbo is by far the best banquet manager we have met. Our bridal crew and emcees sang praises for him. He was diligent, proactive, attentive and extremely helpful. To provide an example, while we were going through the sequence of events during the AV testing the night before, he knew exactly when we would march in as he had read the schedule we sent prior. A big shout out to our events manager, Joanne Chee, as well, who was super responsive, helpful and understanding. Our wedding would not have been so smooth if not for them (and the rest of the team on shift). A big thank you!

Nestled conveniently opposite the Imbia Station of the Sentosa Express, the resort enjoys a prime location. Despite the aged exterior of the resort's structure, the interior boasts modern fittings and amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. Our experience in the Junior Suite was synonymous with luxury and comfort, leaving no room for dissatisfaction. However, during our departure from the resort back to the city, we encountered difficulty in securing a taxi. The assistance provided by the front office official, Ms. Diya, was invaluable. Not only did she arrange for a taxi promptly, but she also remained by our side throughout the wait. Additionally, her thoughtful gesture of presenting a small hotel souvenir to my three-year-old daughter left a lasting impression, becoming a cherished memory of our trip in Singapore. The breakfast selection at the resort is somewhat limited, and the pool facilities are not particularly suitable for toddlers or young children. Consequently, we were advised to utilize the breakfast offerings and pool facilities at the Village Hotel Sentosa, conveniently located just opposite the resort and also operated by the same group, Far East Hospitality.
