Stayed here with family for a week in October. All-in-all the hotel is absolutely fine. Rooms are clean and at an acceptable standard. I thought the food in the restaurant was pretty decent. Plenty of choices and I especially liked the extensive choice of salads. Kids (and the big kids) loved the water slides. Good service from the staff... no complaints there at all.

Great for the family. Nice choice of food. Food tastes great and is easily accessible. Pools are really nice and clean..slides and flumes are a bit worn but still fun. Disappointed no irons on site..offer laundry service but 3 euros per t-shirt would of cost me around 50 euros. So a travel iron would be a good idea. Kids love it here...age 12 and 15. All inclusive is best, just some restrictions on certain drinks but served til 12am so not a big issue at all. Family room is huge. 2 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with toilets bath and shower and main room when you enter the door with two single beds and also one in one of the rooms. So spacious for large family. We would come here again.

Arrived first night. Already was disappointed with the room. Smell of mould, very outdated rooms. Noise coming from some generates outside whole night long. Walk up and down the hill to any of the pools, bars , restaurants was not convenient. The pool had so much chlorine. Seemed to have discoloured my swim shorts ! The slides were great tho… probably the only thing good about this hotel. Restaurant buffet does not have any variety so if you’re a picky eater not the best place to come to. I do wanna give a thank you to one of the workers in the restaurant Betf she always was in a great mood and definitely loves her job! A-swell as one of the drivers of the van to the beach was able to give more information than the reception itself. Overall this hotel is definitely not 4* , I would rate it at 3* or even 2* if it didn’t have slides. Any problems you have with your room by the way you will have the reply “this is what you booked” even if the problem is on their side.

A really disappointing stay marred by likely Bed Bug bites all over us. I'd qualify this by saying we've stayed in many of the Greek Islands and lots of different varying star hotels and this one really disappointed considering it's sold as a four star and has a trip advisor average rating of 4.5 - that is absolutely wrong. I've given this review a lot of thought and care and wouldn't leave two stars unless it really deserved it and I'm afraid in this case it does. ------------------------------------------ Negatives ------------------------------------------ The Rooms - oh dear - not sure where to start really but we all came away with bed bug bites all over us. No ability to change room and anyway they came out on the fourth day so damage had already been done by then. There was also a strong smell in the room when we arrived but thankfully cleared in a short time with all doors open and air con on - later noticed a few of the staff smoking weed around the site - unacceptable. Also, they are so dated and in need of a major refurbishment. I would not expect this from a two/three star let alone a four star hotel - up there with worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. The reception staff - oh my. The rudest people I've ever dealt with. On arrival we checked in, handed over the passports, left on the counter and when asked for the keys were simply told "WAIT". Twenty minutes later with kids getting impatient I went back to counter greeted with "WHAT!" - I said "where are the keys please?". Oh, here - the lady replied as if I was stupid. I suspect we'd have been sat there hours if I hadn't re-checked. I said is it ok to take my passports now - she said abruptly "We can't hold them here, take them" The next day I asked about towels for a 10 Euro deposit. I had 30 Euros on me - sorry you must pay 40 Euros and in cash. Where's the nearest ATM? Oh, you must take the "Yannis bus" to the beach and there are two there. So I did that and neither were working so back to reception - they wouldn't take card or UK cash or anything else so no towels - great! I vowed never to deal with them again until handing the key back for check out. No lifts to speak of The entire site is dated and needs a lot of money spent on it. As a family we were put right at the top of the resort - that shows a real lack of understanding by them for their guests. It's not really all inclusive for drinks - no cocktails, NO BOTTLED WATER - yes you heard that right - incredible - that was a new one on me. 2 Euros from the shop. You can fill up bottles at bar but that's hardly fair in an all-inclusive. Drinks are pretty poor generally. Coffee out of a Douwe Egberts machine and cheap local spirits only. Also, not much in terms of snacks generally. Lots of arguments around the site from staff - between the manager and staff, restaurant staff to each other and bar staff to customers and each other - really disappointing to see. Keep it to yourselves and not in public. Costumes turning green - I thought some of the reviews about this were a wind up but alas no - several costumes ruined by a green tinge. They use Astral tablets to chlorinate the pools which are quite commonplace so must be the way they are doing it that is all wrong. I could go on (see pictures) but that's the main points and sadly they are all quite fundamental and in no way relate to a hotel marketed as four star and sold at premium prices by Jet2. A formal complaint will be going into Jet2 also for mis selling.

Nice hotel for a budget holiday. Really old fashioned rooms and definitely not a 4 star I would rather say 2. Delicious food lots of options to choose from. Some staff are extremely nice others not really. Overall rating 3 as the rooms were big, the waterpark area nice , so kids were happy. There was only one thing missing there - a swimming pool for kids at 1.20m . My son wasn't able to be in a pool as he isn't a good swimmer There are 3 swimming pools for babies but nothing for older kids like my son. The location of the hotel is nice and it's a nice distance to the beach and town. The beach is not really nice unfortunately on less than someone like a stone's. Love Greece and would come back but not to this location.
