Great staff & service. Pool area very lively but staff always on hand! Alonso was a great waiter and took good care of us. Nice touches - they provide small regular cocktails free each day Rooms are quite small and certainly not plush - but clean & have what is required. Would have liked tea / coffee making facilities but not available. Not much around the exterior of the hotel so either taxi or car is needed. Taxi fare to centre of Eulalia is 10-12 euros one way so soon mounts up. Suggestion : provide shuttle bus ! Breakfasts very good - lots of choice. Only booked b&b so can’t comment on dinner. (We don’t eat at lunchtime). ‘Chill out bar’ is good of an evening. Plenty of space for seating and dancing.

This hotel is a perfect destination for a relaxed holiday, the rooms are comfortable, the views stunning and the service is outstanding. The staff make you feel like at home, always smiling and always here for you. The star prestige area gives you an opportunity to enjoy the rooftop terrace with beautiful views and a snack bar. The food in the restaurant is great and the cleanliness of the whole place is spotless. The sea is just in front of the hotel, the pool area quiet with lots of different sunbeds. There are great activities provided throughout the day, like spinning or yoga. We loved everything about this hotel but the best part is the staff. We would like to thank especially Bass, and the reception team, as well as the management team for all the effort they put to make this hotel work so well. We are very impressed and will be back for sure, also recommend it to everyone who wants to have an unforgettable hotel experience. Thank you for everything!

Amazing hotel, staff all wonderful, even joined in the dancing, nothing too much trouble. Food was a buffet but much better than I have experienced before. It was quite quiet around the hotel due to the time of year. 45 minute walk into Santa Eulalia or 10€ in a taxi 10 minutes. Lots of lovely restaurants, bars and shops. Took an excursion with off road jeep and saw things not accessible by a normal car. It was good fun. Rooms really amazing. Thank you so much for looking after us during our stay.

The hotel is beautiful, rooms are on the smaller side but are still really nice! Pool area is stunning and the staff are always coming round taking drink and food orders! Maria was amazing around the pool and made us feel very welcome! If you’re after a hotel relaxing holiday then it’s perfect for you! The location is okay! We have come in March so not much is open. If you’re happy staying at the hotel for your stay then it’s perfect however if you’re looking to go out to bars are for food and drink then be prepared to have to get taxis to the local town as there’s nothing around here locally!

Really lovely experience from start to finish. Staff extremely helpful & pleasant… The pool was pleasantly warm… which is appreciated for the cooler months when we arrived.. Loved the fact that on the rainy day we could hook up the phones to watch our favourite apps / movies to the TV in the room. Would come back again for sure. Well done to all for providing a lovely all round experience. Much appreciated. The only one minor point I would say is the fans didn’t seem to work in the bathroom/toilet of our room.. but this could be addressed.. nothing major… veranda door could be open to let in plenty of fresh air.
