My husband and I went to this resort a year ago and we loved it so much we decided to get married here! We just had our 50 person wedding on 4/14/24 and it was the best day of our life! Alicia was our wedding planner and was incredible from start to finish. Our family and friends stayed at the resort with us the whole weekend and raved what an incredible time they had. The staff, venue, food, beverage, decor and everything were top notch. We're all planning on coming back next year for our anniversary. Best decision ever having our wedding here! ❤️

The location might not be great for tourists that love to travel and discover, but for someone that wants to be with their family and simply have a chill vacation, Hyatt Ziva is the hotel to go! Offers great food and a variety of restaurants, the hotel is very clean, the rooms are lovely, calm, and have an astonishing view to the sea (even spotted a few whales in the morning during my stay). I loved the fact that the beach is private to the guests and that the hotel offers a variety of pools. The service was okay, not very wow, but nothing that bad. Really recommend if in need of a calm vacation!

Our stay here was great! We went early April and the weather was really nice. I think overall, our time here was fun and relaxing. We ate some pretty good food and had some nice drinks. The all inclusive aspect of the stay was good and you knew beforehand if you were about to pay for something extra. I think one thing they could consider is giving away some cabanas as game prizes or as part of a drawing on days that aren’t heavily used. They’re just sitting there, after all. This can really add a nice surprise to a person’s stay and might even get more people to come and stay during those off seasons. Just a thought.

Very nice day pass experience. A bit pricier than other resorts and the staff weren't quite as friendly. But the beach is VERY nice - much longer, much flatter, much wider, much more private, and further from the waves than many other resorts. Three bigger spaces between pools gives a feeling of privacy for each group of guests (rather than packing everyone into the same small space). They also had many chairs available even though it was a Saturday in high season. The buffet and individual restaurant food was excellent, as were the drinks. They also had water craft available. Also very nice how close it was to the romantic zone, just a 5 minute drive south

The beach is beautiful and very private thanks to the location. The staff is EXTREMELY helpful and very very kind. The food is on par with most all inclusives. The rooms were clean and going to bed with the balcony door open listening to the sounds of the waves is a highlight. Looking forward to heading back next year!
