My wife and I stayed here 4 nights on vacation and it was perfect. The rooms were clean and spacious. The service was great, professional and kind. The whole experience was hassle free from checking in, checking out and paying, to ordering taxis around the island and back to the airport. The best part was the location. The beachfront is gorgeous and so tranquil. The pools are nice and have incredible views. They also have a private island called prickly pear with free transfers from the lodge. The island is out of a movie. The waters are crystal clear, the bar has great food and drinks, and the beach is dazzlingly white. We spent two days just enjoying the island a world away from the busyness of normal life! Would definitely recommend!

Stunning property and great hotel service team. Beach was beautiful and kept Godly clean. Room was spacious and extremely comfortable. Food is expensive, but that's a captive audience for you. Dinner and breakfast were very good. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat !

Everything was perfect about this place. Honestly can't find anything bad about this place. From the room to the beach to the private island experience at Prickly Pear Island. What I loved most about this experience was how friendly all the staff members were. They seriously have to be some of the nicest people I have ever met. I wish I can write and talk about everyone, but there were so many of them that I can't remember each of their names. I hope they know who I am talking about if they read this but one memorable thing has to be when I got sunburnt and one of the staff members was nice enough to go across the street and cut some aloe for me. It was something small but so kind. Truly one of the most unique resorts I've ever been too and I've been to quite a few. This place will not disappoint.

Came here just the day, paid for access to property and amenities. It is a beautiful, modern resort. It was relaxing and quiet on a Friday, which made for a great setting to get some reading and work done. Shout out to Ishmal for the friendly service! All the staff i interacted with were very helpful and friendly.

We were lucky to get an upgraded studio room for 6 nights. The room was very spacious and the bed was really comfy with a great view. Breakfast was really good, the pool/beach/private island were all perfect - so beautiful and always space to lay. The gym had lots of equipment and always empty. Drink on arrival was a nice treat. Most of the staff were really friendly We just felt that some of the basics were not in place, especially for a 5 star hotel… some days there were no pool towels until 11-12pm. We had to keep asking for more shampoo/shower gel, it was not automatically replaced when we ran out. Same with water in the room, sometimes they left it, sometimes they didn’t. We only had one sunlounger on our balcony (for a suite for 4 people) and it was filthy Our A/C broke on the last night and reception couldn’t find the maintenance man so they gave us a fan instead which wasn’t suitable in the heat. They had no local beers! They said stock was coming but nothing arrived over the 6 days we were there. It’s a shame to come all the way to the Caribbean and have to drink Coors Light… Little Kids were in the adult pool and hot tub If you order a canned drink from the bar, sometimes they gave us just a glass full, other times they gave us the full glass and the rest of the can, both cost the same. We also had a strange experience at check in, I wanted to pay with American Express but the card kept erroring - when I spoke to American Express they said the pin had been entered in wrong twice, the person taking payment must have done this as I never had the option to put in my pin. I was asked to pay with an alternative card. For anyone new to the island like us, the location is a little windy but this was refreshing There are some nice restaurants 5-15min drive away (would recommend getting a car, we hired one from drive-a-matic)
