My husband, 6 year old son and I have just returned from 5 days away here. We had an absolutely incredible time. The staff were attentive and courteous in all areas, from reception, kitchen, bars, restaurants and kids’ club. We must do a special mention to Ola(Alexandra) from the kids’ club too who was superb along with other members of the team who ensured our boy had a fantastic time when with them. The pool areas were fantastic, perfectly designed for those with kids / families or without. Food was always plentiful and always replenished quickly with a strong variety. We would have given the room 5* but unfortunately, we did have rather uncomfortable beds and could have done with a little more room as the sofa was used as a bed for the duration of our stay. We will be back! Perfect location too.

We went out for the Easter holiday. Lovely hotel with two pools (not seawater). There is a quiet pool and lounge area and a separate pool and lounge area for kids and their parents. All meals are buffet style with plenty of choice and quantity. The quality of the food is very good, but not outstanding. Certainly on par with the hotel's rating. If you are all inclusive, you can swap one evening for their serviced restaurant at no cost. Suites were spacious and cleaned daily. There is a slightly fangled process for changing the beach towels provided. Lunches are in the buffet restaurant, but there is also a snack bar, that the kids preferred, that did burgers, pizzas, chicken strips and onion rings! The town and all it's shops and restaurants are only a short walk away, whilst the fantastic water park is only a 10 minute walk. Would highly recommend a stay.

We had a really great week at this hotel. The staff were so lovely in all areas of the hotel and the food was delicious with plenty of choice. The pools were heated, and we had no trouble getting sunbed. We went in February and we were very lucky with the weather. We definitely recharged our batteries. The hotel is close to the shops and bars. The only thing for me is that you are not at the sea front but it was so lovely and relaxing by the pool it didn't matter to us. Some of the areas probably need a little upgrading but it was very good value for money and very clean

Good quality hotel with pool. Buffet breakfast was really excellent and late checkout makes for good value relaxed stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are a decent size with comfortable beds. A short walk to the high street, but don't expect to be able to see the ocean. Would happily return. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed our stay and thought the location was ideal for exploring Corralejo. The hotel was generally quiet until the weekend when we even had to queue for evening meal. The pool area was immaculate and peaceful as children went to an alternative pool. The room was comfortable enough but some of the furniture was rather tired looking. The food was fine, with plenty of options. We had lunch at the pool bar a few times and were impressed. Excellent drink selection and 'healthy' measures! However, we were really disappointed with the Italian 'specialised' restaurant - it was freezing and the ambience was not condusive to a relaxing evening. The staff service was excellent throughout the hotel.
