Staff experience varied from wonderful to pretty rude. Buffet restaurant has birds flying around inside and I saw one nibbling on the dessert buffet when nobody was present, and returned to the table to find another helping itself to my dessert. So, hygiene is pretty bad and staff must know but just don't care. Free drinks advertised are only the cheapest, and staff half fill the glass. Cleaners are good. Pools are too cold to use without risking pneumonia. Access to red sea requires footwear, unless you want your feet cut to pieces on rocks and coral. Too many staff wanting to sell activities, massages and the like. Guests don't want to be harassed by sales people and are quite capable of seeking these things out of the want them. Desperately needs a child free zone. Renovations have left a some of the common area unusable, with toilets out of action and dust from stonework drifting thru the air. Unable to relax on beach as music blaring at 10am in the morning. Having said all that, the place is pretty good. Really, if they fix the issues above it'd be great.

4.5 stars , here is the breakdown:
Pools - very clean, large and well kept, perfect temperature
Rooms - very comfortable. Air con is effective. Showers can vary in temperature and pressure will be low at peak times
Food - excellent choices, we have two Coeliacs in the family and there was enough GF gluten free / wheat free choices available to get by. Note that there are no allergy labels on the food. Speak to the chef and he will cook up some GF pasta (which is very nice!) and do some plain grilled chicken. I would avoid the GF pizza if offered.
Drink - the beer is actually decent and once you find your favourite cocktail, you will love it.
Entertainment - lots to do. Big shout to Booda who was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
If there is some sort of staff awards then the man in the photo deserves employee of the month! (Kolres). Most happy staff member, always with a smile, who couldn’t do enough to make our stay a memorable one. Would recommend.

A clean and well appointed hotel resort located on the shores of the Red Sea.
The package for us was complete with food and drinks, which spoilt us completely. The pool was great overlooking the sea. The sea itself is difficult to access,as you require to walk over dead coral, otherwise it's great.

Hotel is beautiful, would definitely recommend coming. Staff and animation definitely provide the upmost services to entertain you. The room is perfect with amazing views. One of the best hotels I’ve been to.

Saying that it's beautiful doesn't do it justice. I was there for 2 days, all inclusive. Very clean, I had a big room with balcony, water and soft drinks in the fridge. Had lots of fun at the waterpark, and there were very delicious meals (buffet) at the restaurant. Right nextdoor there is a souvenir shop with much better prices than what you usually pay and a nice selection of goods. The Wi-fi was less than stellar, but everything else was excellent.
