Great hotel. So glad we stayed here an extra couple of days after a long flight. The rooms are good and a decent size with great views from the balcony. The pools are amazing. One had a lot of shallow areas that were partly covered which was great for our toddler. The food was really nice with a great mix of local food and international options. The staff were also amazing and really friendly. I would recommend this as a place to relax after a long flight.

The carpark is rather dimly lit, which can be a bit unsettling, especially at night. The staff were kind and helpful, which made the stay more enjoyable. The food at the hotel was generally good. While lunch can improve, dinner was a step up, and breakfast was really good for me as a local. The hotel boasts a beautiful sea view with a clean beach, offering a serene backdrop for relaxation. The two pools, one with a depth of 2 meters, were a highlight of the stay. They were well-maintained. The rooms were decent. The beds were somewhat uncomfortable, which affected the overall quality of sleep. One room had issues with the air conditioning, but prompt assistance from the staff, including sending a technician to fix the problem, can be appreciated. It was interesting to see a mix of both local and foreign guests. Despite some shortcomings, my stay at the hotel was a generally positive experience.

I'll elaborate as requested. I thank for the response. I had lunch buffet yesterday with 2 persons at your place. The buffet was not in standard for the price. Less variety and selections. There was no proper salad section at all. Your hotel is a reputed place, overall experience is good and you can improve after reviewing.

Didn’t stay at the hotel (I can only imagine it’s lovely based on how the lobby and bar looks like), went to the bar on the ground floor for drinks and some snacks. Lovely atmosphere, great location, lovely staff. Prices are very reasonable. However, please be aware that they add tax of 22% without telling you about it. The menu mentions the prices don’t include tax, but it doesn’t say how much is the tax. When the bill arrives - no separate mention of the tax, just increased prices. Spent almost a month in Sri Lanka and this is the first time tax is more than 10%. As mentioned, prices are very reasonable so it’s not a point about cost is a point about lack of communication (but it is also annoying that the tax is more than double than the rest of Sri Lanka is charging). You have to communicate, whether verbally or written, it doesn’t matter how, what matters that you make customers aware of it. Plus of course print it on the bill so your customers can clearly see what they are paying for. The staff is lovely but this behaviour is unacceptable.

Had a nice room here. Hotel was clean and reasonably maintained. Situated on the beach with nice views. Two large pools one with swim up bar. Good food at breakfast, dinner is a buffet or Al a Carte. Location about a 10 minute ride to Negombo city and 20-30 minutes to the main Airport.
