I can't understand the very good reviews. From my perspective, the hotel lives solely on its extremely good service. The staff are all very helpful, extremely friendly, and competent. The rest does not meet the Four Seasons standard. The hotel is an ugly brown concrete block from the 70s. The rooms are already quite worn out. The beds are good. The hotel is full of children and accordingly lively. There's always a child screaming somewhere. Breakfast is quite a scene. The quality of the breakfast is average. The price-performance ratio does not match. I would not recommend the hotel, especially at that price.

Easily one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at in the world. The attention to detail. The food was immaculate. The staff were all very friendly and always helpful. And the rooms felt like a safe haven.

Staff are hard working and very polite and nice, especially chefs, bartenders, cooks. Food served throughout the day in the main restaurant was great, a lot of choice and they are happy to cater for any allergies or food choices. Regarding breakfast, I would prefer to have a better quality fruits (the one served look imported and gmo) and nuts. Breakfast is more 4 star served food. It is a small hotel and when it is raining there isn't much to do. My suggestion is that they add juicing machine or healthy corner. Another thing that I didnt like was the fact that we couldn't use A la carte restaurants at all without paying. We had to eat in the main restaurant (HB option). Most hotels give you at least one evening option to dine in A La carte. Sweets are way to sweet, I have asked for gluten free option and minimum sugar and pastry chef made me a lovely desert. Beach and sunbeds are lovely, but drink prices are very high. Cleaners change towels every day, they work hard. Personally I do not like it when I see that service (People) are cheap and everything else is expensive. All in all when the weather is nice, you can really relax and enjoy there. For this hotel to be a great experience, they should perhaps offer less but improve ingredients quality, a lot of food goes to bin after breakfast and dinner. They need to improve the concept.

The restaurant could have an amazing view to the sea but most of it is blocked by fake or real plants. A roof garden bar would also be cool. Finally when you have waitress that are speaking Greek and they are refusing to do so (speak in my native language Greek) but only in English is very rude!

We had one of the residences, other parts of our group the regular rooms and it was all great. Service was always nice and everyone we met helpful and friendly. Also like pools and amenities, including the kindergarten.
