It's was a nice, reasonable priced hotel. The room was large and the bed was extremely comfortable. The walk to Disneyland was about 10-15 minutes depending on how tired our feet were. One thing to note: since you cross on the overpass from the hotel to Disneyland, the road is pretty noisy. You don't notice it much in your room but you will on the walk home.

I found this hotel while looking for hotels within walking distance to Disneyland with a decent price. We arrived in the morning and were greeted quickly at the front desk. The employee was friendly and helpful. We were able to find a room that was ready in the morning which was awesome. She gave us an information sheet, and explained that housekeeping comes every other day for a refresh. She also explained the best way to walk to Disneyland. It is about .8 mile-1 mile walk, and takes around 15 minutes to get to the “esplanade” area between Disneyland and California Adventure. You just walk out the front doors of the hotel and turn right, and walk straight down Harbor Blvd until you reach the entrance area where the busses go in and out. You can also take the public bus there, and you could also Uber too, but we walked every day. It wasn’t too bad of a walk if you don’t mind walking. But at the end of a long park day, our feet hurt and we dreaded the walk. The sidewalk is on the side of a busy street and it does pass through a bus stop where sometimes there are homeless people there. That would be the only uneasy thing we felt about the walk. The room was nice, clean, and stocked upon arrival. The counter space on the sink, which is separate from the toilet and shower for getting ready, was large. The shower head could have used an update and maybe a little more water pressure. Also they provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, but I quickly found out it isn’t the highest quality so bring your own if you are picky or concerned. The desk space was also very large. We were able to spread out nicely. We stayed for 3 nights and housekeeping did come for a refresh after the first 2 nights. They emptied the trash, remade the bed, refreshed the towels, and even refreshed the two water bottles that the room came with which was nice for the parks. As other reviews have mentioned, yes, the entrance to the rooms is from the outside, but we did not get the motel feel as others have stated, as the rooms seemed recently refurbished to me. I will mention though that the bed and the pillows were definitely in need of a refresh, as they seemed worn out and not comfortable. However we were so tired from our park days that we collapsed into bed each night and slept fine. The lobby is nice and welcoming, there is a restaurant there for extra pay, as well as a coffee bar area as well. There are plenty of seating available if you are waiting on your ride or something. There are also two elevators. They have a pool with a hot tub, but we did not have time to partake. The only window in the room is facing the front, where the entrance is, but there are some nice privacy and blackout curtains to use when you are not in the room or are sleeping. As others have mentioned, this hotel is right by the highway, and also busy streets so there is lots of road noise. However we had a room on the other side facing away from the parks and it seemed to cut some of it out. Once we were in the room, the noise was not bothersome to us, just walking to the room is quite loud. Upon checking in and checking out, they did offer to hold out bags for us if the room was not ready, or we needed to check out while still going to the parks that day. It is an easy process. They do offer parking here for a fee, but we did not have a car. Check out was also friendly, quick, and easy. Overall this hotel had all the amenities we needed for a quick 3 night stay while going to Disneyland. It was within our budget and within walking distance. Our stay here was perfectly adequate for us. Next time though, I think we will spend just the extra money to stay closer at the Fairfield or Courtyard Marriott. The walking back and forth everyday for almost a mile did a number on our feet and we would pay to stay a bit closer next time. Overall would recommend if you don’t mind the walking or the Uber.

My boyfriend's mother works for Marriott, and he and I have annual passes so we find ourselves staying at a Marriott at least once a month. We've stayed at most Marriott's surrounding Disney and this Four Points by Sheraton has been our worst experience ever. I would recommend literally any other location for your Disney stay. However, to list the positives this is close to the parks, and we survived the stay. I wish there was more to say. To start off the negatives the staff is negligent at best, and rude at worst. I spent 10 minutes trying to email a form to them, but the printer was down, the internet was down, and later on that night I noticed my phone said the email address did not even exist. That's no big deal, but the water completely went out for the entire hotel and they didn't notify anyone. So my boyfriend went down to the lobby where several other guests were just as confused as we were. I happened to have the shower turned on, but thankfully it went out before I stepped in. I could not imagine the inconvenience if someone had shampoo or bodywash on their hair/body at the time it abruptly shut off. Also the water does not get hot- it may get warm. Next, do not trust they plugged the appliances in. Upon arrival we had to plug in most of the lamps and the refrigerator/coffee maker. It didn't matter though because the fridge did not get cold at all. We attempted to use the safe, but it said " Error, battery level" so it was dead. The toilet had black stuff on the edges of the bowl, and behind it was black as well. Which actually makes sense because the tub will overflow if you aren't paying attention. One of the two beds we got was super firm, but the other sank in and was definitely broken, but comfy in a weird way. We did not use the TV, but I will say it's the most outdated of all the Marriott's by Disney, but that isn't a big deal at all. I do wish the front desk had been kinder when we went to find out why the water was down, and I do feel like with everything wrong it was absolutely not worth the price of our stay. The elevator is insanely sketchy as well. I write this in hopes I can save someone from the inconveniences we faced. Have a great day

Stayed here 12/23 and 12/24 while visiting family for Christmas. I had read a lot of reviews that complained about noise from the adjacent freeway, so at check in I requested a room on the ground floor. The helpful staff at the front desk put us in a ground floor room facing S. Harbor, and there is a privacy screen between the outside corridor and the parking lot, so the room was blissfully quiet. The room was clean, the bed extremely comfy, and there is a mini fridge. TV, wifi and hot water were all perfectly fine. There is a small bar with a helpful and friendly bartender, and an adjoining restaurant, which serves a good breakfast buffet each morning for only $20 per person. The pool area is gorgeous, with plenty of seating options for watching the nightly fireworks at Disneyland. Best of all, the pool and jacuzzi are open 24 hrs, so even if you stay at the park until closing, you can still come back and have a nice, relaxing soak! We will definitely stay here again.

Great location if you’re going to Disneyland. It’s in great proximity to the Mickey and Friends Parking Lot. The Toy Story Lot is a bit farther away but still relatively close. Also lots of restaurants nearby. FYI - The hotel charges $29.00 to park your car there overnight. The rooms were clean, but the shower’s water pressure was not the best. There’s also a shuttle that takes you to Disney. We didn’t use it so I don’t know how often it runs.
