Love it! We have been there twice in the past month. For my birthday and then for hubby’s. We did buffet breakfast… the variety was great….. our favourite was the pancakes! It’s a must have! Bacon was nicely done as well The staff were very friendly and kept checking in… I’ll definitely be back there soon!

We just stayed here for a week and just lived everything a out this place! The location can't be beat! We didn't do the all inclusive as we wanted to eat at other places and are glad we did that. Special shout out to the housekeeping staff who went above and beyond even on turn down service making adjustments as needed without us ever asking. They were spectacular.

I was not impressed by this resort at all for the price. The grounds toward the beach are pretty, but the pool is small and has almost no shade and inadequate chairs available. Our room had tiny bugs crawling all over it. The beach towel lady also comes knocking extremely loudly to change towels every night at 8:45pm, which is an odd time to do so, but was not appreciated for us as we were there with two small children who were sleeping. We even asked that they not do this again and they still did. Dinner isn't served at either restaurant until 7pm which is also odd to me and not family friendly and the food options are inadequate. The coffee served wasn't good either. Our fridge in our room barely worked and was missing a leg stand so anything that went in was at risk of falling out as it toppled forward every time. The beds were hard and the pillows were awful. The reception we had was nice, but after being in our room for a few minutes I was very ready to leave this hotel.

A beautiful resort, but there seems to be a lot of turnover and new employees that don’t know basics. They also had some communication snafus internally which could be easily improved. That being said, the staff was immensely friendly and attentive. Except for a couple days where nearby hotels and parks blasted music, it was a lovely and relaxing stay. Doesn’t have a hot tub in case that’s something you’re looking for in a resort.

Spent a week here recently. We were the youngest people there by about 30yrs, except for my 7 year old son who received endless nasty glares from the olds. Coffee is all instant. Breakfast and lunch were what I'd expect from a 4-star, but dinner was really disappointing. Fish was always TERRIBLY overcooked. Basically the same buffet as lunch except they come and serve it to you, to try to make it feel fancy. There was no soap in our room for handwashing when we arrived, and the first time we asked the desk, they just shrugged. Also, the first time running our bathroom tap the water came out BLACK. Not brown, FULL ON BLACK. So gross. The staff use noisy shopping carts to move supplies around the grounds. The pool is ok. The gardens are nice. The staff are mostly lovely. The security is good. The drinks are ok, but their rum punch is not very good (try at other spots on the beach and you'll understand).
