Had a lovely break for my surprise birthday here booked by my partner Nina. The hotel is amazing and so are all the staff we encountered during our stay.
Some reviews mentioned food, but we found nothing wrong It,there was always a great choice and warm.
Rooms were clean, tidy, and everything you needed. we stayed in the adults only area and had a great view of the sea from our balcony.
We used mainly the naturist area it was quite popular and fresh sandwiches brought out and refrigerated. Also, there was a good selection of drinks.
We have booked again this was only due to the amazing staff and facilities we enjoyed well done

My family and I had an exceptional week at this lovely all inclusive resort. All the hotel staff went above and beyond the entire week we were there. Beautifully cleaned rooms with fresh towels daily. The food was better than any all inclusive we’ve been to and good variety of choice each meal time and different every day. This included steak freshly grilled right in front of you, fresh fruit at every meal and a variety of different soups and meats. It was lovely to have a wonderful photographer, Albert, on site who captured many photos in the most picturesque parts of the hotel. Cannot recommend enough!

I am a regular guest, but after my last visit I am unfortunately very disappointed. Instead of the family section with an ocean view (paid for) we were accommodated by the hotel in the adult section with a not so nice ocean view across the building. This was totally incomparable to stays in previous years. The hotel is already in really bad conditions and needs a complete renovation. Our electrical fuses were blowing every time we turned on the hair dryer (room 9205). The food offer is really very poor compared to the "pre-covid" days and the currently published change in the drinks menu is also not satisfactory. We paid for black wristbands (294 euro/week), but we didn't even get the announced "Princess gift during our stay".. turn-down service was two candies, that's all. Sorry, but if you don't want to do it, don't offer it. The big advantage is the location of the hotel, the beautiful view and the friendly staff (especially Laura). However, at the moment, the money spent does not correspond to the quality and I'm afraid that next Christmas we will prefer another hotel already (we really don't like it). It is sad to see how the quality has deteriorated significantly since 2020.

HOTEL:
Pros.
- Marl (customer relations) on reception was great and very considerate.
- Plenty of seating throughout available.
Cons.
- Cleaning of the site starts late. Early morning lots of litter and empty glasses from the night before.
- Broken tiles and electrical wires in lights on show.
- The different coloured bands is a bad idea (at time of stay). Upgrading to silver from blue allows you in adult parts of the site. Upgrading to black is nice but costly, non name alcohol tasted fine so the only benefit was bottles of water.
- Only having WiFi in reception wasn’t great, I don't go on holiday to spend time on my phone but it is also handy to get in contact with family back home. The entrance lobby is so hot.
FOOD AND DRINK:
Pros.
- Pizzas were great.
- Helping yourself to alcoholic drinks at the adult pool was a nice touch.
- Eating lunch outside at La Choza was lovely.
Cons.
- Needed water fountains throughout the site, you have to queue up for a cup of water at the bar.
- Choice of food is not great, same everyday for the masses. If you like chips with every meal you will be happy.
- Some bar staff were very rude, we even had drinks slammed down on the bar.
POOLS:
Cons.
- Family pool in need of major repairs, missing tiles and dirty floors.
- Got cleaned once.
- Weird setup with umbrellas, only on one side of the pool (none at all adult pools).
- Faulty sunbeds
- I wish no smoking around the pool was enforced
ROOM:
Pros.
- Had a lovely view of the beach and the room was clean.
- Having mesh covers on windows and doors was a nice touch.
Cons.
- Aircon was terrible and nonexistent.
- Not many plugs in the room.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Food was amazing service was great amenities were very good too. We went all inclusive I can truly recommend this as it is a trek to find any places to dine outside the complex unless you get a taxi or bus. Great place to relax and chill for a week.
