Stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by its fantastic location. Situated right in the heart of the city's vibrant nightlife scene, it was incredibly convenient for exploring the city's entertainment options. Despite being close to all the action, the hotel itself was tucked away in a peaceful and quiet location, providing a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Highly recommend for those looking for the best of both worlds. Special greetings to Tony for the pool bar , the best cocktail maker.

We booked 2 rooms and stayed here for just one night and our package included dinner and breakfast. Upon arrival, we were served with their cookies and we loved it. They have a counter for a welcome drink but it was not at all good. There was no variety offered, they only had detox fruit water kind of thing. The rooms were decent and bed was comfortable. The pool looked good, actually they have 2 pools.. Both are identical and separated by the main entrance lobby.. When you pay such a big amount for a room you expect more than this.. Maybe a good garden, big swimming pool, and welcome drinks.. Etc. For Dinner there was no buffet, we were given choice from the menu to select the items. Next morning breakfast was good with lots of variety.

Stayed 2 nights for family time. Easy to access from the beach and staffs were all friendly and professional. Really love their welcome cookies! Ordered room service and foods were great. Nice atmosphere in the restaurant for breakfast. Digital key was so convenient. If I have a chance I’ll always book Hilton double tree in all over the world.

My wife and I stayed at this nice hotel for 3 nights and enjoyed it very much. When we arrived we were greeted by Vinayak and a new male front desk trainee. The new trainee did an amazing job checking us in and explaining to us all that this hotel had to offer. He also made sure we received our fresh baked cookies as he explained to us all of the hotel features. The check in process was quick and smooth. Once we made it to our room, our suitcases were delivered minutes later by a very helpful bellman. After being in the room for about 15 minutes we received a welcome phone call from the front desk making sure that our room was everything that we expected. That call made us feel special and let us know that the hotel staff truly cared about our stay there. Each day of our stay the cleaning staff made sure our room was clean and that we had everything that we needed. The pool bar staff was amazing and the pool was nice and clean. We also spent time at the bar that located close to the beach and the staff there was amazing. The hotel location is perfect, it’s walking distance to a lot of places. We will definitely stay here again. The only reason we didn’t give the hotel 5 stars is because of the size of the rooms, but the service you receive from the staff makes up for that.

The hotel is well located on the Patong beach stretch and is walking distance to tons of bars and restaurants as well as shopping malls. Please note Patong is the most touristy stretch in the whole Of Phuket so don’t expect tranquility and empty beaches. However the hotel is nicely tucked away so you are Spared from the noise of the Main road. We stayed in the pool view rooms in the new wing and we loved the room. It was spacious, clean and had excellent hot water and air conditioning. The bathrooms were excellent as was the large screen tv. The hotel has 3 very nice pools and a great pool bar. The service/staff were good - but they appear to be understaffed and this impacts the overall service (feels rushed and transactional rather than welcoming). Hope they are able to rectify this soon given the high standards of the Hilton.
