The hotel went above and beyond for my birthday and organized a complimentary cake & bouquet of flowers. The rooms had ample space with the right amount of amenities. Replaced bottles of water daily as well as housekeeping of the room. The breakfast was mediocre for a 4/5 star hotel. The location is great for a short walk to local shops, restaurants, bars, and clubs. Also located right across the road from Kuta Beach, where there was a pedestrian person at all times of the day 💯. For safety, the guards would check all vehicles at the boom gate with a handheld mirror checking for dangerous attachments before letting them in 💯. The hotel is very family oriented and kid friendly. The hotel has a large slide in the pool for kids of all ages (young & young at heart 🥰)

This hotel and resort boasts an amiable staff and excellent facilities. There's a spacious pool on the ground floor with a bar, as well as a smaller adult pool upstairs with available cabanas. Towels are provided, and the deluxe ground room features a bathroom with both a shower and a bath. While the rooms appear a bit dated and have some issues with plug points, the breakfast buffet is fantastic. The cocktail prices are reasonable, and the resort is conveniently located across the road from the beach, offering a beautiful view marred only by the presence of plastic litter. Money changers are within walking distance, and there's an inexpensive laundry service outside the hotel. With numerous dining options in the area, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

From the kids club to the cafe and poolside bar, this 5-star villa provides everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The presence of a 24-hour health clinic adds an extra layer of convenience and peace of mind. The staff at Bali Mandira Resort and Spa are exceptionally cheerful, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests. Our accommodations were very comfortable, impeccably clean, and assistance was readily available whenever needed. One of the highlights of our stay was the variety of pools available, including ones with slides, a deep circular pool with a miniature beachside sand area, and a shallow pool for kids. The dining options were outstanding, offering a range of Western, Eastern (Chinese and Japanese), and Indonesian cuisine.Situated beachside amidst a serene atmosphere, Bali Mandira Resort and Spa provides everything from beach candlelight dinners to early morning sunrise bar experiences. The surrounding area, with several other resorts nearby, adds to the tranquil ambiance. A standout feature was the availability of midnight health clinic services, which we found to be highly convenient and reassuring. While the resort may be on the pricey side, the quality of service and amenities provided make it a worthwhile investment, especially when compared to other resorts offering similar services. Overall, Bali Mandira Resort and Spa comes highly recommended for those seeking a luxurious and memorable stay in Bali.

Bali Mandira is a fantastic place to stay- beautiful rooms and facilities, amazing pools, a great breakfast buffet, perfect location (a short walk to shops and restaurants), and lovely staff members. The resort has a beautiful Bali aesthetic to it, which puts you straight into holiday mode. I couldn’t recommend it more, you won’t regret staying here. A huge thank you to Bali Mandira, it made our Bali holiday so memorable!

Fantastic hotel, great location and in beautiful grounds.Staff all very friendly, ate breakfast in main restaurant and food in Club Azul. All good and pretty good value. Adult only pool perfect, other pools lovely too. Beach not as lovely as expected, a lot of rubbish. Room really good, was afraid it would be claustrophobic as no balcony but not so. Very clean and well equipped. Everything closed at 11pm.
