The hotel itself is very beautiful, the room was spacious and clean, loads of pools to choose from , the bar was ok but the drinks were quite horrible. The food in the main restaurant wasn't so good, they were quite bland but the waiters and servers were exceptional and very helpful. Can't say the same for the receptionists as they struggled with English and understanding anything most times. Overall, it was good. The kids really enjoyed it, and I also enjoyed the spa, which was amazing, but the food and drinks were a letdown.

The hotel is very big and has many attractions in place ranging from a spa, gym, indoor swimming pool, and many more. The staff there were very kind, polite and did a very good job trying to understand what we were saying. Within the hotel are also multiple travel agencies who can help with arranging activities and touring.

My postcards sent by the small gift shop in the area of the hotel has not arrived until now and I am preety sure it was not sent by the employee because they kept the postcards under the desk and the stamp (which I paid for!) was not glued into the postcard. I sent the postcards in August so it has been half an year now! If the sgops go on vacation after the season theb they should finish all their job before, don't you think? Or should I wait for the postcard one year long? 😅 The employee assured that they send it together when there are more postcards ready from the customers. You have no other chance to send your postcard because the hotel is situated far from the post office and the city. The hotel has a nice pool view but it is very loud in the evenings even with the room windows shut. The evening activities for kids take place around 9 p.m so very late. The hotel is families-friendly and they have many atractions for children available.

Perfect holiday at the perfect place. For parents it’s awesome as it’s all inclusive and the variety of food is phenomenal and entertainment was brilliant. Would come again. Only downside is not many market places nearby.
