This was by far the best place we stayed during our Greece trip! Every part of it was amazing! The location is perfect with immaculate views of the caldera and Aegean sea. The staff made a huge difference during our stay. Our AC beeped non-stop and eventually went out the first night. They did everything in their power to fix it ASAP and it came down to a broken part they had to order. They were very apologetic (can't fault them for technology failing) and quickly put a fan in our room and even offered us another room to move to, but since it was still Spring it was still cool in our room and we did not move. We left one morning later and came to a working AC because they fixed it while we were away. The people really make a big difference with Andronis. They are always so welcoming at all points throughout the day, always asking if we needed anything and if they can make our stay any better than it already was. Smiles on every face and they remembered our names from the moment they were waiting for us on the street when we arrived until the day they walked us to the pick up point and said good bye. An absolute excellent location with an extremely nice and welcoming staff!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Andronis, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and attention to detail. Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary welcome champagne and fruit plate—a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for my entire stay. It was a delightful way to start my Santorini experience. The hotel boasts an array of amenities, but what truly stood out to me were the two high-scale Michelin-starred restaurants: Lycabettus and Laudar. The culinary experience at both establishments was nothing short of extraordinary, offering a symphony of flavors that delighted my taste buds. It was a culinary journey I won't soon forget. Additionally, the breakfast spread offered at the hotel was nothing short of fantastic. From freshly baked pastries to made-to-order omelets, there was something to satisfy every palate. The quality and variety of options truly impressed me. What truly sets Andronis apart, however, is its exceptional staff. Every employee I encountered was not only attentive but genuinely welcoming. From the concierge who helped me plan my daily excursions to the housekeeping staff who ensured my room was always immaculate, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. Overall, my stay at Andronis was nothing short of spectacular. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable experience in Santorini.

Best vacation we have ever had. We stayed in the Aristotelias suite and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel service goes above and beyond. Couldn’t ask for a better honeymoon

Pros: Welcome staff was excellent, took us from drop off point to hotel reception (5 min) walk. Bell boys took care of bring the luggage. Staff took us to the room after checkin and explained some things and asked if we wanted to make dinner reservations or make reservations at a restaurant with a sunset view. We picked PacMan restaurant which is actually a restaurant at another Andronis property. Room had a great view and was spacious, bed was nice and firm with convenient outlets. Sofia was our housekeeper and she was always friendly and cleaned everything. Bellboy and wait service to bring breakfast to our room every morning was great. I don’t know how they carry so much up and down those stairs. Overall staff was attentive and welcoming. Cons: When we did the search to book the room we didn’t update the search to 2 people and after we booked we tried to update it back and hotel charged us 32 EUR for each night. But the cost was the same to book a room for 1 or 2 person stay. They gave us an upgraded room which was bigger, but it felt much inferior and not sure if the prior guest complained and got a different room. The room name is (Athena), through out the stay you can hear loud table screeching noises starting at about 7:30 am or so everyday. I believe the service room or restaurant was above the bathroom area. We didn’t notice day 1 as much as we were tired and afterwards we were unpacked. Day 3 during the day we wanted to turn off the AC and it wouldn’t turn off, we contacted front desk and they sent someone and he reset the AC and turned back on unfortunately he didn’t check if it could be turned off again and we were not able to turn it off at night and it was on high and we couldn’t turn it to silent mode or anything. On our check out the front desk automatically charged us USD and not EUR and said it was automatic, which we are sure it was not everywhere else gave us a selection or would default to EUR even at PacMan restaurant. Overall we didn’t want our vacation ruined and just didn’t let all the negativity harm our vacation or experience. We would definitely return to Santorini again for the spectacular views and weather.

Could not have asked for a better experience in Santorini. Andronis Luxury Suites was 5-start from the moment we step foot in the front office to check-in. The communication with the staff was seamless and easy thanks to the Andronis App. The food - amazing. And the suite itself lived up to the hype - we really enjoyed everything about our stay and will definitely be back.
