Loved this place! Rooms were big and clean, if a little tired. Great food, excellent staff. I'm always wary of the all- inclusive buffet but everything was fresh and tasty. Breakfast was particularly good. Lovely stroll into town, near the beach...Great live music venue across the road and a really handy supermarket nearby.

We've had an amazing holiday here, thanks to all the staff who are always friendly and helpful. Food every day (3 times a day) has been really good!! Pools are great with lots of sun beds available. Only thing I would mention is the sunbed reserving is really bad, people leaving their towels and not being around the pool for the majority of the day when other people/ families could of had those sunbeds. I feel this needs clamping down on. Other than that absolutely brilliant!! Lots of shops near by and lots of excursions available to do not so far away. I always said I'd never go to the same place twice, but I would definitely 100% come back here!!

The room was excellent, very spacious and clean.
Service was fine, cleaned every day new bedding when requested.
Quite a big resort, should have more signage to locate pool and restaurant areas.
The location was OK. About 5 minutes walk to beach. Or a cheap taxi ride into town and beaches. (Recommend)
Dinning hall is busy with people pushing in to get food and drink, Drinks are plentiful but only given small glasses to use. The atmosphere was like a school dinner hall.
Hence going out to eat.
You're very much left alone to do your own thing.

This was our first time at Alua Suites and we will definitely return. We found the Staff friendly and helpful. Everywhere was kept clean. All the outside areas pools etc were kept well. The food in the poolside restaurant and also in the main courtyard was plentiful and tasty. Plenty of choice in hot or cold and the desserts were especially tasty.
We had a great holiday and will return.

First time here for Christmas. Room is a bit tired but that's my only complaint. Food was outstanding the Christmas gala buffet was spectacular!! Entertainment very good staff are friendly. We found the drinks very good. The children staff were very good and the children looked like they were having fun. It's a few minutes away from beach a nice walk up to town. Overall we were very impressed and had a fabulous time.
