Was a great stay. Both front desk Managers last night and in the morning shown to be well trained and eager to exceed expectations. Furniture was clean, as well as hallways were smelling nice (since some other aloft surprised me on the opposite). Bed was very comfortable. Everything feels rather new. Not the least the valet service was excellent too…great team. I hope to travel and stay here again. 👌🏻

Joke of a place. Rudest hotel staff I have ever seen. Told them you I was here for an emergency, with a family member at the nearby hospital, they refuse to check me in cause I didn’t have my physical ID with me. All that receptionist did was laughing and not taking that situation seriously at all. Absolutely shocking, when taking in consideration how good is hospitality in UAE hotels. Avoid at all cost.

The service at this hotel is disappointing. While they may seem attentive, their actions tell a different story. I encountered three incidents in just as many days. Firstly, I requested shaving kits which arrived two days later. Secondly, the sink was flooded all night, making it impossible to wash my face. Lastly, my access card inexplicably locked, even though it was in my front pocket. I had to go downstairs to replace it, and when I asked for an explanation, none was provided.

Honestly Disgusting is an understatement. I will say this right now, I know there are rules and protocols to follow in every job but sometimes instead of standing there like an automated machine just BE HUMAN. We were in Al Ain for a family emergency with a member on Life support.... we didn't plan to be this far from home but life happens.. we needed a hotel stay in Al ain so we could be close to the Hospital for any emergency calls. I had my physical EID / driving licence etc.. my partner only had digital copies as we left in a hurry to make it here in time from Dubai. Honestly for this hotel not to accommodate us was a joke. The man in reception was smiling and laughing like it was a joke, I don't know what's more serious than the situation we were going through.. the Manager shows up just to make sure we know we are not welcome and that we should leave cause they won't check us in. Honestly I don't know why Mariott Hotels have Aloft as a brand it's hurting the Mariott Hotels reputation. BECAUSE THE SECOND HOTEL WE CALLED TO EXPLAIN OUR SITUATION WAS MORE THAN ACCOMMODATING. It shows you a lot about a hotel. Your Staff is a disappointment,
