The hotel was excellent, in addition to the location and services, and I was upgraded to a suite. I thank Mr. Islam here, but as for breakfast, it was good. As for lunch and dinner, it was not satisfactory, and the quantity was small, and they did not provide new dishes. We thank them for the good service.

Our favorite destination when it comes to hosting any events in Ajman. Nearby our office and my home and this hotel offers a great view and stunning rooms with impeccable services compared to the other hotels around. They have so many different restaurants available with so many different varieties of cuisines from the globe. Beach is amazing and it is private and the pool is outside before the beach and offers an amazing view. Price is also very reasonable and many different types of rooms available around the year.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary with a delightful stay at Ajman Saray Hotel. As Marriott Bonvoy members, we were graciously upgraded to a suite, where we were welcomed with balloons, a special anniversary dessert, rose petals on the bed, and personalized anniversary greetings—a wonderful surprise that made us feel truly special, especially our 7-year-old son who was overjoyed. The suite was impressively spacious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The pool area was a highlight, featuring not only a stunning pool but also captivating birds that provided a unique backdrop for memorable photos. We opted for the all-inclusive package, and the food options were excellent. However, the breakfast truly stood out with a wide variety and delicious offerings. What truly made our stay exceptional was the exceptional staff. Special thanks to Rafael and the entire team—from the valet to Syed who assisted with our luggage, Lana at the reception, and the diligent housekeeping staff. Each staff member went above and beyond to make our day special, and their genuine hospitality is what will undoubtedly bring us back. Thank you, Ajman Saray, for an unforgettable experience!

Overall, not the best. More of a 3-star service. Cleanliness is not that great. The hotel is new though. Gym access is weirdly inconvenient. Beach is small but cleaner than others. Pools are good. Lifeguards are friendly. The below is the restaurants: Lack of staff. Bad service and extremely delayed. Even when giving feedback it seems like they don't care. Policies that apply on some but not on others. Drinks such as smoothies, juices, iced coffees are simply not good. The baristas are amateurs lol. When giving feedback, one of the European supervisors wanted to say how the employees on duty are "superstars" for working in the heat. Ofc they are, but that is your problem as an un(professional) manager to be wise enough to takr action and have enough staff that keep shifting in this heat so they are comfortable. This isn't for us to solve. It is for you to solve. This isn't a 5-star hotel service. This is more of a 3-star service. Not up to this country's standards and it seems like we will file a complaint to the authorities to review.
