Exceptional. Stayed Dec. 23 over Christmas . The staff couldn’t do enough to please us. Easy logistics from flight arrival to catching the float plane - all organised professionally . The resort was always accommodating to our requests. The Christmas experience for my daughter was special. Gifts given to the resort children from Santa, amazing gala Christmas dinner decor with incredible food to boot. Resort was lit up with lights. The resort went out of their way to make Christmas special for those guests who celebrate. The water Villa was out of this world. Straight off your front porch into the water where an amazing reef awaits. One of the few resorts sitting on a beautiful reef with an abundance of fish & marine life to view. Lily Beach resort & spa ticks all the boxes. The food ??? Wow. The chef’s made scrumptious food. There is something for everyone. We will be back & we will bring our friends next time ! We visited Lily Beach Resort to celebrate our wedding anniversary and have made memories to last a lifetime. In full transparency, the beginning of our stay got off to a rocky start due to some issues with check in and our overwater bungalow. However, we are pleased to share that management was attentive in addressing the issues. We especially want to thank Laurent, the manager of the resort, for getting involved and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was both positive and memorable. It has truly been a dream trip! Stay highlights: - The food and beverage selections are wonderful; by far the best we have had at an all inclusive resort and far exceeded my expectations as a picky eater. - Wait staff are attentive and extremely welcoming at the bar and restaurants. - The island itself is incredible. We saw countless fish, sharks, and rays when snorkeling around the island’s reef. World class snorkeling/ fish watching right off your deck. - The spa was a nice and relaxing experience. There are not many places in the world where you can watch sea-life swimming beneath you while you get a massage. - Lily offers great excursions. We had fun sunset fishing (they cook your fish for you after) and swimming with manta rays. The water sports team is hard working and extremely pleasant. Areas for improvement: - Some of the bungalows have been refreshed, others have not. We were told they’ll all be done in spring 2024

Amazing place. Service and package was amazing and suited our needs perfectly. Some aspects of the rooms could have done with a bit more maintenance, but nothing that detracted from the beauty of this place. I would go back next week in a heartbeat. One suggestion would be to make Aqva adult only, but that's a small point. Loved being on Lily Beach and looking to book again in the future.

Absolutely amazing! We had such a relaxing time with our beautiful villa and excursions! Snorkelled with a whale shark and had a fantastic time with Morgan and his crew. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and we planted a coconut tree on the island. We would like to make a special mention of Hassen (Mac) who made sure we were well taken care of, down to each detail, he is beyond amazing! We enjoyed sunny days & beautiful evenings with lovely views and sunsets. It was a bucket list for us and we would love to return one day! Don't miss out you will be so relaxed.

The room needed to be updated but was very clean and efficient. The island is terrific with more great beaches than most islands. The Manta Rays swimming around the Italian restaurant was fantastic. We were pleased with the food and drinks on the All-inclusive Plan. The resort lived up to all our expectations and more. The snorkelling here was not up to our previous Maldives resorts but the beaches were better. The staff was also terrific, every single one.

The resort is just amazing, everything I espected and more: white sand, clear and warm water. It has a house reef with many colorful fishes, rays and sharks where you can swim every time you want. Even from the vilas you can always see fishes. They have also excursions (snorkeling or diving) to see the manta rays, the whale sharks and the turtles. The food was every single day very good, I was quite surprised. All the staff treat the guests so kindly, that make you feel welcome and at home. Thank you to all the staff, specially to our waiter Thao. It was an amazing experience and I definitely want to come back :)

We had a wonderful week on Vilamendhoo last week. We are a couple with a baby boy (1,5 yrs). We selected this island because of the house reef, hidroplane transfer and its detailed homepage. We had a standalone beach villa on the north side with a great view. The island is very nice when it comes to the vegetation and the number and sort of fishes in the water. I had just one small disappointment with the turtle excursion starting time. It was at 14:00 in the printed materials but it started at 9:00 thus I did not have the chance to join. Also it would be nice to have a kids corner with supervision to have some free time without the baby. Babysitting service possibility was not mentioned during the checking process. The staff however made great job continuously. They did their best to make the vacation unforgettable. Special thanks to Ibrahim, Shiyaz, Suchulu and Phamila in the restaurant, Ayaaz who kept our room clean and also thanks to the barist in the Boashi bar. It was a really great vacation!

This was our first trip to the Maldives and we loved everything about this resort. It's said to have one of the best house reefs in the Maldives and it definitely exceeded our expectations. The amount of sea life was beyond amazing - sea turtles, rays, sharks, eels, and thousands of colorful fish. We spent much of our time snorkeling and saw something new each time. Please use reef safe sunscreen and take care not to damage the coral in order to keep this reef in pristine condition. We stayed in a jacuzzi beach villa which was only steps from the water. The room had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. Because of our room, we were able to eat in the adults only restaurant which is a buffet for all meals. We found the food to be exceptional and varied. We were very pleased. There are 2 a la carte restaurants. We did eat at Asian Wok for one meal and it was also amazing. We sat waterside and watched the fish as we ate. We chose to do all inclusive which for us was a great option. I'm already looking forward to returning.

It was alright we enjoyed our time there but had much higher expectations. Most staff struggled with english not just speaking but listening and understanding basic things like drink orders. Food was average at best, again expected better. Paid for all inclusive wich turned out to be not all inclusive, for example does not cover Mohitos and many other. Excursions were great but again guides weren't the best english speakers which I would expect on that very expensive price tag they come with. Talking about expensive excursions, they still expected tips at the end of the tours, openly said and asked for tips even after the very expensive ones. It's started to became a tourist trap. Don't think we'll visit again.

Our stay was amazing, reef snorkelling right off the apartment. Whale shark and manta ray excursions with experienced divers. The service and food was brilliant! Our 2 and 10 year old were well looked after with baby sitting services and kids club. Would love to come back again.

We will 100% be back! The Centara Grand is an incredible resort with even better staff! The team is professional, friendly, and accommodating! We came Nov. 30-Dec 6, 2023 for our honeymoon and we were not disappointed! The views were magical, the food was delicious, and the experiences- excursions, spa, romantic dinner, were beyond compare! We did 2 excursions- snorkeling with the Manta Rays and snorkeling with the Whale Sharks. We were fortunate enough to see both! Akram and his team made the experience memorable and fun! Best of the best! It’s my second time in Maldives, fully satisfied with everything here, the good environment for diving and water sports, friendly and happy staff in Centara is extremely impressive. Our water villa is a incredible spot for snorkelling, where I met turtles many times. Our room service Yaseen is totally an artist, this happy young boy made bed with palm trees leaves, served dessert with little shells and wood cuts, he even left a beautiful drawing with white sand on the floor. Undoubtedly his aim is to offer the best room service in the world. The water sports centre is another shining spot for me. The staff are always willing to help you with any questions, they provide water sports gear, SUP, wind surfing, wake boarding and much more. They know all the sea creatures species and all the Maldivian atolls histories. They have incredible balance on board and passion for chasing the whale sharks and manta rays with you, they are specialist for sailing, they are always warm and happy which even made me think it must be the tropical sunshine that smash any depression. Adam, Nadeer, and all those young men, I’m not good at remembering names but your warm smiling faces, passionate spirits and pure hearts touched me forever. I miss you guys. I strongly recommend this resort to any sea lovers. Totally a paradise.

Great food, and excellent service on of the most beautiful islands in the Indian Ocean. Since the property is larger than most, it has several restaurant options. (I don't think I would like to spend a week or more with only 2-3 restaurant options)

Cafe Coconut Divine is so delicious. I recommend it! But Kimchi is a traditional Korean food. Korean kimchi is introduced as Chinese. I am so disappointed. I hope that these errors will be corrected in places where people from many countries visit. Other than that, the natural scenery is very nice.

Fantastic location. Rooms were clean, food was tasty and chiefs were awesome. The service was a hit or miss. Great service was provided by Ahmed at Water villa, Anfaal at romatic pool villa, Zeid at Beach Rougue, Muaaviz and Nisaaka @ East Market Poor service/response from many staff members such as Saeed at Beach Rougue, Aahmed at Lagoon Pool Bar, Inaan at the reception. The bad service experience ruined the experience somewhat after spending so much on an all inclusive package.

Couldn't rate this place highly enough. As well as the island being beautiful, the variety of amazing restaurants and the brilliant accommodation, it's biggest asset is the staff. They are all pleasant, incredibly helpful, and take the time to know your name so that your interactions with them are each day are personal. I'd literally name all of the if I hadn't forgotten a lot of their names, but shout out to Rimaah and Vijay at MIXE who always made us feel welcome, and also to Zobair at Beach Rouge. We hope to return again in the future 🤞

This is a beautiful island with lovely rooms and service and just enough variety of restaurants, services and activities for everyone. Doesn't feel crowded anywhere and the personal service enables you to feel completely independent and as isolated as you like. We had a fabulous time. We preferred the standard water villas at the far end of the island as they're quiet and have beautiful views and you see marine life swimming around. Beach is still extremely close. The buses that run around these island mean the distances aren't really an issue. The beach villas have beach on the doorstep but the sea is quite far away and the view isn't expansive due to the foliage, which provides privacy and shade. Also look at the room layout carefully - we preferred the fully indoor attached bathroom in the water villas. Note not all restaurants are included in the inclusive meal plans. We went for breakfast only then had the freedom to eat anywhere anytime, which worked well for us. Breakfast is extensive and excellent in both restaurants. No reef snorkelling available off the beach but there are daily hour long trips to the house reef and free snorkelling equipment all day. A lot of it is bleached sadly but don't miss the small area of coral that the resident marine biologist is growing next to the main jetty, which is beautiful, but no one tells you is there. Confusingly there are excursions run by the dive centre as well as those run by the resort so get information about both before choosing and booking. We loved the marine biologist whale shark trip by dhoni boat not run by the dive centre. Best reason to come to South Ari Atoll. Great multi generational holiday.

The worst place to stay in, apart from beautiful rooms and the view, everything else is absolutely horrendus. They know nothing about hospitality, extremely stringent and inflexible. They would bit even go a cm beyond for their guests. Forget about beyond, even the commitments made were not honored. A lot of gray areas in booking- this is included and this isnt when they dont mention it anywhere at all. We are very regretful of this stay and would not recommend anyone ever.

Having recently stayed at Amaya Kuda Rah, I can truly say this resort is excellent. They went above and beyond on all aspects of our stay. We stayed in a Beach Suite and the suite was amazing. Along with room service. The food daily was out of this world good. With so many options to choose from everyday we were truly spoiled for choice. Also the Spa treatments were amazing and priced very fairly for the level of treatment we were getting. A special thanks to Raj, Doctor & Akbar who made the stay for us very comfortable and also helped out when we needed anything regardless of the time.

The water-villa we stayed in was an absolute dream. But what truly set this experience apart was the people's incredible hospitality and genuine kindness. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. From the moment we checked in, my family and I were made to feel like cherished guests, especially by Mr. Imam, Mr. Baizid, and many others. The service at the resort was impeccable. We love everything about this place! The island is beautiful, the reef is well maintained and offers great snorkeling, the food is yummy, the atmosphere is relaxing and the service is great. The only downside is the volume of the base on a party night/wedding event which can keep you up if you happen to be close to where the party is on the island.

After years we visited our favorite destination and we can state once more, that stay was overall extremely positive. We are of the opinion that this island offers a very balanced ratio of services and comfort, in relation to its size and visitors´ numbers. The service worked perfectly in all directions, such as quality of food, cleaning of the villa, service in the restaurant and at the bars etc. There is also still a fairly rich marine fauna for great snorkeling, on top of that we've had pretty nice weather here. In conclusion, we would like to add our special thank you to the resort management for their super provision of our departure, which took place under specific conditions. There are hardly any words to describe Constance Moofushi on south Ari atoll other than perfection. Every detail has been finely tuned. The staff are happy, helpful, pleasant. The rooms are carefully designed and maintained to ensure complete privacy relaxation and comfort. The grounds are beautifully and thoughtfully cared for, designed and maintained so guests have numerous spacious comfortable places to sit, relax, snack, drink, eat, swim. Towels and beach chairs in perfectly spaced locations. Water when you need it. The all inclusive plan allows guests to drink coffee, biscuits, snacks in various locations, helping yourself. All cleared up regularly and so quietly, we never saw it happen! What we loved about moofushi is the understated elegance and clientele. There is an ambiance of quiet cultured clientele, nothing ostentatious, no makeup jewelry or fashion required, but simple relaxing dress code created comfortable conditions for everyone. We made numerous lovely connections. We heard stories of countless returnees. We understand why. And of course the coup de grace is the ocean and its wonders. Diving, snorkeling, from shore or boat promises amazing water life from tiny fish to grander ones, sharks, manta rays, sting rays, sea turtles, eels, beautiful corals. Excellent staff and equipment to make viewing easy. Dining was varied and fresh, catering you many and most tastes and diets. There are extras at a cost, which we did not try- the spa and various day trips- but we felt was offered as inclusive was more than enough to satisfy us. I hope we can return to explore even more. We had an incredible stay here, and want to thank everyone there again for the amazing homely stay. The service was exceptional - the staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely authentic in their interactions. The rooms and surroundings were breathtaking, with crystal-clear blue seas, soft white sands, and the bonus of a mosquito-free island. The marine life was a highlight, easily accessible for snorkeling right off the beach. The beds were comfortable, and the high-quality drinks served by the skilled bartenders were a delight. The only aspect that fell short of perfection was the food. While we appreciated the effort to provide delicious fish dishes tailored to our preferences, the buffet offerings leaned too heavily towards Western cuisine. We understand the need to cater to a diverse western clientele, but we also believe that travelers should embrace local flavors to fully experience foreign cultures. It would have been wonderful to see a greater variety of local dishes, allowing us to delve into the rich tapestry of unfamiliar flavors. This aspect of the dining experience is the sole reason why we're giving a 4-star review. Despite this, our overall experience was amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in this stunning paradise.

Words are not enough for how beautiful it is, how well organized everything is and also how exceptional all the employees are. Once we arrived in Male, everything was extremely easy, thanks to the professionalism of this hotel chain. Very friendly people, very helpful, everything was very easy and fast. Once you arrive at the resort you are welcomed by some of the staff, having your own "guide" who will then present you with absolutely any information (Specially thanks to Yameen). As soon as you arrive at this place you realize the high quality of service and staff. From the moment you get off the seaplane, you won't need sneakers or slippers. The sand is very fine, there's nothing to get hurt in. The chefs are top notch, very good, very respectful, very professional, a pleasure to talk to. The bars also very well laid out, with a multitude of products. Bar people also a pleasure to chat with, always willing to help, making your stay great. They also have a team of sommeliers who are to a very high standard. Pictures do not describe reality. The reality is 10 times more beautiful. Everything is at a high level, at an exceptional level. We stayed at a beach villa as well as a water villa. The cleanliness is to a high standard. I've never seen a mess or anything out of place. Also the personal from cleaning are everywhere and are always busy maintaining this wonderful place. Everything is very relaxed and pleasant. The house reef is amazing. Any information you need about the snokerling spots, what you can do and what you can do will be in the specially designed building at Blue Tribe. The staff there are wonderful, what I liked most was the professionalism they show and that they are not pushy with absolutely nothing. Also the snorkeling equipment you can rent for free during your stay is very good and professional (was included in our package). For us it was our first experience in the Maldives, as I said at the beginning I don't think there are enough words of praise to describe it. Absolutely all employees deserve a big BRAVO and RESPECT. They do their job with a passion like you rarely encounter, making your stay EXCEPTIONAL in every way. Everything is very well organized, even if you can't handle the app/technology they will be there to help you with absolutely any information and fulfill your needs. A few names that have stuck in my mind with whom we have communicated most often and helped us whenever we needed it, making our stay wonderful are: Gopan, Mevin, Mauro, Yameen, Shaa, Mani, Vishal, Ardhan, Ali Zidhan, Elena, Luthinan, Binju, Stella, Gina, Ramu, Praveen, Junaidh, Alamin, Madu, Ko Ko, Bhoumitra, Dhanna, Sofia, Dasun and Indunil. Some of the names I did not remember and I apologize for them. They were all exceptional! We have a saying, if everything is going well it means that the management is also doing an exceptional job. Congratulations and well done, Mevin Ramasamy. You managed to create an exceptional atmosphere in such a small, quiet place with a lot of employees. You can see the great relationships between everyone and the pleasure of working and creating an exceptional stay for every guest. A very dear person to us throughout our stay, with whom we spent a lot of time and helped us with everything was Gopan Sivan. A magnificent, sensational man who made us feel wonderful. We stayed at Constance Halaveli with our 13-year-old son and are totally thrilled: This hotel is really a paradise. Every wish was fulfilled here. During the whole holiday, we had our own guest manager (Silvia) who took very good care of us. Especially the service in the restaurants is great. The food was always fantastic. The service of F&B Manager Max is also great. He makes every food request possible. We also received very competent advice from the sommelier every day. We stayed in a beautiful water villa. Here, too, the room service was more than perfect. The entire staff at the resort is super friendly, always friendly and in a good mood.

The absolute best place to honeymoon or spend a holiday! My husband Matt and I stayed there mid August 2022 for our honeymoon. We enjoyed every minute of our time there. Every single staff member was friendly and attentive. Diana was our main host and she was so accommodating. The food was delicious and the drinks were amazing! The Villa is private and they keep it fully stocked. There are so many places to relax and epic snorkeling. There are many options for excursions and cute gift shops. The spa is also incredible and so relaxing. This resort is really 10/10. We will be back!

My wife & myself just returned from the Maldives last weekend after travelling there with my 3 adult kids & there partners for my 60th Birthday . From the time we arrived at the Island the experience was incredible , Lily was our host at the start & showed us around the Island plus our villa's which are incredible Lily did a fantastic job. Sameer looked after us with anything we needed & I have to say is the most attentive person that I have ever met & nicest , if I'm being honest basically everyone on the Island is the same. The other thing is that the food & variety is next level & pretty much cater for even the fussiest eaters like myself I cannot thank everyone enough for making our holiday & in particular my 60th Birthday as special occasion as what it was. We are from Melbourne Australia & I personally think that our hospitality industry could learn a lot from the way that these resorts in the Maldives go about there business.

It was such a pleasure to be guests of Constance Halaveli. We had incredible time in this paradise ❤️ From the moment we arrived on the island to the moment we left, we felt special. We are delighted and charmed by this place and the people who work there. Our water villa was beautiful. Food was incredible in every restaurant. There was a lot of variety in the food selection. Every working person in this hotel is helpful, kind and smilling. In particular, we would like to thank Sameer, who was very helpful to us, including my sister, who is gluten-free, thanks to Sameer she felt wonderful. Every day he offered her gluten-free pancakes or waffles for breakfast. Sameer is a very competent person who treats hotel guests exceptionally, he tries very hard, and this made us feel like we were at home. Also we wanted to thank very much Mohamed- senior outlets manager who was also very helpful, kind and always made sure that we were happy with our trip and that my sister had gluten free meals, it was amazing and very nice of Mohamed. The host of our villa Nihadhu was the best, our villa was clean every day, we had fresh towels in the morning and evening. The mini bar offer and snacks were great. Thank you Constance for having us and see you soon ❤️

Went to Veligandu with my husband for our honeymoon in May, There is so much to say about this place but i'll keep it as short as possible. This place is a little paradise, amazing staff, great food & even though the place was fully booked, we didn't bump onto other people that much. The room & vue is unbeatable & the staff will make you feel special. I'm so happy we got the chance to go there before it shuts down for refurbishment & would love to come back again some day. Finally, after speaking to other guests who travelled all around the Maldives, Veligandu is said to be the best island by far (i'm not surprise).

Veligandu is an absolute treasure. Spent a lot of time researching the different resorts, and chose this partly down to the location and layout of the island - lots of beach areas, including a lovely sand bank area, great pool with beach access, the restaurant right by the beach rather than inland, and a great house reef. The staff have been very friendly and accommodating! Our personal host, Adelaida, has been lovely. They very kindly provided a wheelchair when informed of our mobility issues, and made an extra effort to cook any particular items that we wanted. All in all, a very lovely island. Perfect size, great marine life, delicious and plentiful food, and a wonderful Christmas experience

Amazing. We have been there for our honeymoon and the experience could not have been better. The place is just beautiful, the decoration and rooms very elegant and the staff is really really nice. An Island paradise where you can leave the rat race behind. The staff are wonderful - everybody says hello and nothing is too much trouble. The food is excellent - a different selection for each meal sitting, fresh produce, and tastes to suit most. Never too noisy, peace and tranquillity, we cannot fault this wonderful little Island.

Just returned from the Maldives with a huge smile! For the first time we can honestly say that everything at this beautiful spot was as advertised on the website! Beautiful, but small island with an outstanding house reef delighting snorkeling enthusiasts (we saw sharks, all kinds of colorful fish, sea turtles, and stingrays just a couple of meters away from our water villa). The food is definitely superb! With an Alcasien chef at the head the kitchen team created wonderful dishes at a super high quality 3 times a day! Definitely the best buffet food we had in our life. The staff is very friendly and attentive, you always feel welcome and comfortably at ease. The facilities are great (pool, gym, bars, restaurant), the villas are nice as well but you can tell that they have seen many tourists come and gone over the last years (although you do not really see that they are 16 years old). We enjoyed them very much! Word on the street is that a huge renovation is coming up in 2023/2024. If they carry it out like they run their resort right now it will definitely be the best resort in the Maldives!

Beautiful resort with great views and separate islands for adults and families with children. Great hhonors recognition. Friendly staff. Mid-Stay review: After being her a couple of days, it is still a beautiful resort. Too bad during current low season, there's no additional discounts for on-site facilities. What I also miss are daily activities for guest for example, yoga classes, a resort tour of how the resort is run and how facilities are executed.

It was mostly a pleasant stay for us. We did get lucky with a very good villa location. Main island definitely is the best because everything is so conveniently located. However there’s a windy and very badly eroded beach side of the main island. So if you’re a beach person, pray for the yellow side (see photo attached). The adults only island is far from everything and has no breeze. It’s also hot and heavy air on the adults only island. Service was responsive and friendly but could do better. I’ve been to all inclusive hotels and resorts and their service was awesome; here is not all inclusive and service was just acceptable. And our host was not very interested in us or had correct timing for our activities. Nevertheless, this place is worth a visit at least once for the nature and views.

This is the most amazing place we have ever stayed at. Top notch service and food. Quiet and relaxing. Cool easy slow vibe. Skip the underwater restaurant dinner and do the afternoon cocktails instead. We loved the quiet place bar the best.

We have just come back from an incredible 6 night stay in a Sunset Overwater Villa. The grounds are impeccable and clean where even the leaves were raked at 6am each day to give everything a pristine feeling. We highly enjoyed our arrival with fresh coconuts, the live music at Rangali Bar (wish they were there every night!), the visiting hour at Ithaa, the free snorkeling gear, DJ at Rangali, Sunset grill, Sunrise Yoga, In Villa dining, Hilton Happy Hour, 50% Happy Hours, Mandhoo, Hilton breakfasts at Vilu and Atoll, Discover Scuba, Cellar dinner (SO MUCH WINE!!) and all of the watersports. Shootouts: -Channa at Quite Zone pool was amazing! We loved the drink service right to the pool and how attentive he and all bar staff were -Azlah, our housekeeper was excellent -Shark and Lai at Vilu. Lai, thank you for accommodating us when Fisherman's BBQ was canceled due to weather! -Azaam was excellent at Sunset Grill and Ithaa -Anastsia provided the single best service we had at all restaurants at Mandhoo. She is a prime example of 5 star service -Khaleel and Rabie at Ocean watersports, wow what a team! Rabie in particular is also a prime example of 5 star service. He made our trip 10x more enjoyable than we dreamed of with an amazing jet ski tour and even more amazing sailing trip -Masyh, our host. Last but not least, Masyh was awesome. Quickly answered all of my questions, organized our reservations, gave us an amazing tour, and even got me some recipes! Fantastic service all the way through Areas of opportunity: -Pricing on menus should just include the ++. Makes everything easier -Please stop allowing smoking at the Vilu bar during happy hour -More live music! We loved the band and wish we hard more of them -Would have been great to the meet the GM at happy hour. We unfortunately never saw him after arrival Thank you to the team, we will be back!

Here are some Pros and Cons from my perspective. Overall, the hotel is overprice and overrated. I will not return this property in the future. Cons: 1. Unripe warm coconut welcome drink - it was disgusting when I had first sip of the drink when I arrived. This should not be offered at all if this is what they can offer. 2. Not fully trained host - I politely asked for a microwave in the room, and the host’s answer was “only expensive room can get it.” Excuse me? $1000/night beach villa is not expensive? I felt some type of way and did not get the microwave. Moreover, the host gave me wrong time for the snorkeling, so I had to rush to meet the group. Also, hotel and the host kept calling me Mr even though I was a female. It was very dysfunctional and unprofessional. 3. No privacy at the beach villa - you can see inside of the room from outside. I was able to see my boyfriend being naked from the beach. Also, the beach chairs are next to each room at the beach, so avoid beach villa rooms if you want some privacy 4. No complimentary room upgrade for diamond members at this property at all, so don't even try Pros: 1. Airport pick up and drop-off were smooth 2. Staffs are friendly and nice 3. Variety of breakfast menus 4. Complimentary happy hour and late check-out for diamond members
