This is the best value hotel that I've stayed at that is associated with a theme park. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean(hairdryer was not working however). The included amenities were great. The parking was reasonably priced. The shuttles to the park were frequent and quick(less than 10 minute drive). Overall an excellent resort to spend your money on, you'd be unlikely to regret it.

I recently stayed at the Dockside Inn, and I must share my exceptional experience, thanks to John at the front desk. From the moment we checked in, John was wonderful to talk to and made the process very timely. He took the time to help us understand the layout of the hotel property, which was extremely helpful.Understanding that we were traveling with a larger group and that it was our first time staying in a suite, John graciously upgraded our room. This thoughtful gesture made our day truly phenomenal. The suite was fantastic, and the overall experience was top-notch.John’s professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to go above and beyond made our stay memorable. I highly recommend the Dockside Inn and commend John for his outstanding service. Thank you, John, for making our visit so special!

The rooms were ok. Newer & clean. The comforters were lacking a bit. We enjoyed the pool & the friendly lifeguards! Devin, Genesis, Bruce & Johnny were amazing to us and all guest. Going down to the pool and getting a friendly wave from these 4 always helped our night be a little more relaxing! We really enjoyed the food at Pier 8 as well! All in all it was a good stay!

I highly recommend this hotel. The location and bus transport back and forth to the parks and City Walk made it so convenient. The hotel had great amenities like an on site restaurant, bars, Starbucks, a gift shop, and a large pool. The rooms were great for families as there was an extra sleeping space so that our kids could have their own room and they could go to bed before us each night. For a smaller space they really made sure to have lots of shelving and hooks provided so that all of our items fit comfortably in the room. The maid service each day was wonderful and they made sure we always had everything we needed such clean towels and soaps. Tip: request a room farther away from the elevators to reduce noise and traffic past your room.

The room was clean and spacious. The entire staff from the cafeteria to the bus drivers were all extremely friendly and helpful. The tower 2 pool was awesome and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and especially the price. We would stay here again!
