We booked a suite and was given a room on the 19th floor, after a lengthy check in process.
Room wasn’t up to standard, so returned to the check in and explained the reasons.
The staff member gave us free late check out in the process and said she’d get the issues sorted - which never happened.
We ended up asking house keeping ourselves with the issues quickly resolved.
Location is ideal with everyone on the doorstep.
Food and drink options available, with Vegas strip prices.
Pool area excellent.
Overall experience was good, expect the poor standard of room.
Was this just a one off, I’m not sure. But would give the hotel another chance and would stay again.

During my stay between May 22-26, I did have any negative experience. Checking in and out was the easiest I’ve experienced & our room with 2 beds was picture perfect. I had indicated I will need cleaning during my stay and was to request one whenever I needed it but I did not specifically one when a staff showed up so we just got extra towels. The AI concierge was able to answer simple questions appropriately and the bell desk helped me with bag storage without a hitch. I’ve read a lot of bad reviews so I wanted to mention that I stayed in District 2 on the 10th floor, if that makes a difference.

I had a pretty decent experience here. The room was clean and the AC filter was spotless. I was able to check in and out on my phone. I just had to go to the self-service kiosk to get the room keys. Parking is perfectly fine as long as you know how to read signs and follow arrows. It's not really that difficult like others are saying. The "Strip View" isn't much to look at, but it's not a very pricey hotel to begin with. Overall, you will get your money's worth.

I made a reservations for a king size bed pool view. Upon check-in, I received twin beds and a view of the garage. I was told that they only guarantee room type nothing else on the reservation matters don’t go here. These people are rude. They don’t care. I couldn’t even call the front desk because the phone didn’t work. They charge $20 for early check-in so if you don’t check in early, then you lose everything you chose for your room except for the room type and they will not change it at all. Worst hotel I’ve ever been in. Don’t go here really don’t go here. As you can see from the response they will not take any action. There are a lot better hotels on the strip that cost a little bit more. Please go to those hotels. This hotel is bad and every way.

I had a really bad experience. I stayed in one of the double Queen rooms last week . Upon arrival I saw the sheets had stains and there were hairs in the bath tub. The counters were stained with sticky liquid not sure what it was . I notified room service right away they change sheets hours later . Called front desk and even spoke with supervisor Sam he did not help promise and investigation and call back but was ignored after . I never leave bad reviews really rare . I will never recommend this room to anyone . Love the location and casinos were great but the rooms are not clean be careful.
