Highly recommend booking here for a honeymoon/anniversary/special occasion! This place is an absolute dream. We just came back from celebrating our first year marriage anniversary and we had the most magical stay! The room is gorgeous and clean. The food and drinks are incredible and the service is top notch. The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing visit. Special thanks to McCarthy who truly went the extra mile to ensure every moment of every day was perfect for us. I am so grateful for his kindness, thoughtfulness, hospitality, and the customer service he provided us with. He is truly one of a kind and so is Serenity! We are so grateful to McCarthy and everyone at Serenity!

My husband and I stayed at Serenity for our honeymoon. We spent 8 days and wish we could have stayed longer! Both the resort and the island were INCREDIBLE! We cannot say enough great things about the staff at both Serenity and Coconut Bay (the main resort). Our butler, Alli, was not only extremely helpful at all times but planned our whole experience perfectly. She made sure we got the most out of our time and the amenities at the resort and on the island, all while still balancing our quality alone time and relaxation. Our bartenders (Kevin, Ray, and Dillon) were also super helpful and great to hang out with. We also loved our time with Natoya and Natasha! Saying everyone is friendly and willing to help is an understatement. The food at Serenity should not be overlooked. Every meal we ate felt like a gourmet experience. We weren’t sure what to expect about the quality of food at an all-inclusive, but it truly exceeded all of our expectations. We also highly recommend checking out the Jerk Shack in Coconut Bay. Safe to say that between the gorgeous island, luxurious resort experience, and all the friends we made during our stay, we will absolutely be returning for future anniversaries. We just had our honeymoon at Serenity and WOW, we cannot say enough good things about this place! The thing that stood out to us most was the customer service; literally every single staff member that we came in contact with was kind, considerate, and up-beat. A huge thank you to our butler Kimberly, who went above and beyond to make our time here amazing! All of our bartenders, servers, pool staff, and housekeeping were truly amazing and we are so thankful. On top of the exceptional customer service, the food, cleanliness, and grounds up-keeping were top-notch. All of our food and drinks were so good that we ate all of our meals at the Greathouse! Our room was serviced multiple times a day and was always super clean. We even were able to do laundry a couple of times! The suites themselves are absolutely perfect and very private. Overall, we could not recommend this resort enough, and we hope to be back!

My husband and I flew from Texas to St. Lucia on November 21st. We landed on the island around 4:30pm. It took us about 35 minutes to get through customs. Once the residents got through, the line really sped up. It was only a five minute drive to serenity. Once we arrived and opened the taxi door our wonderful butler Ethan said “Welcome Home” while holding two fresh coconuts from the local trees to sip on while you get a tour of the grounds. Our room (Jasmine 843) was everything and MORE. Ethan had a bath drawn with flowers and champagne. We filled out a little paperwork and Ethan gave us a schedule for the week that included our dinner reservations and excursions. The room was stocked with patron tequila and wild turkey per request. We also had a mini fridge with juices, water, local beer and Red Bull. The plunge pool was awesome when you wanted a little bit more privacy but still wanted to swim. My favorite part of the room was the outdoor shower! The bartenders were amazing (shout out to Kevin & Lee!). The Greathouse was SO DELICIOUS. We ate a variety of things including steak, scallops, lobster, lamb. The breakfast is just as good! Mimosas and an entire smoothie menu! The staff becomes family fast. Ganelle is an incredible host! We did all the excursions included in the romance package. Everything was a great time. The mud bath felt amazing. What really made our trip was our taxi driver Puff. He did such a great job showing us around and drove past his local beach. Everyone knew who he was!! My all time favorite was the ATV excursion. Although not included, Ethan set it up for us very quickly and we had a car waiting for us. We loved having coconut bay across the street. Thats where you’ll find a beach bar, hammocks and a burger joint. We had a reserved beach cabana one day and it was so relaxing and a short walk to the beach bar. We really cannot say enough great things about this property. They go above and beyond to accommodate you with anything and everything you need. We cannot wait to head back to serenity. I think about it every day!! PS: highly recommend getting the chef to make you a private dinner at your suite. It was so romantic and you can customize your menu. One of my favorite moments!

We have traveled around the world and rarely do we go back to a place we have been before. In 2020 my wife and I went to Serenity at Coconut Bay. We had a great time. Some friends asked us to go back so we agreed. The 2nd time was even better than the first. They have upped their level of service 100 fold. The staff was great especially our butler Ethan and Sabby one of the many great food servers. My wife commented, "it has been the best customer service we have experienced while traveling". We had some special requests and they accommodated us in ways that went above and beyond. All of the staff thanked all guests many times about choosing Serenity when there are thousands of resorts around the world. Go and have a great experience.
