Just perfect. Highlighted by the staff at the pool area. Kept everything clean even though the place was packed and they were still all courteous and kind. I've been to several resorts like this and 9 times out of 10 there's some staff trying to over enforce rules, always creates a weird environment. That was not the case here, not saying they were ignoring their responsibility but who ever is running the place knows how to create a great environment for guests and employees. Everyone definitely needs to drop in for a weekend away, like an oasis of peace. Definitely will be back.

Stayed here for a wedding a few weeks ago. The property is amazing and the hotel staff is so friendly. Lots of great food options on the resort. They have a great gym, golf course, driving range and much more. It was a pleasure staying here!

My family and I got the day pass to enjoy the pools for my birthday yesterday. We had an absolute blast! Probably one of my best birthdays. My 2 y/o son was the happiest little guy ever and enjoyed the kids slide so much! Im so happy he was able to go on. We spent 5 hours in that area alone. The service was wonderful and prompt. Prices are what you would expect at a resort. The resort grounds were very well maintained. My husband and I agreed next time we go we will have to get ourselves a room and check out the area a bit more! So much better than crowded theme parks. Cant wait to go back.

Staff was rude when checking in. Had to rebook as my original booking was canceled as I didn't arive the night before due to travel delays. A courtesy call/text to tell me my booking would be canceled would've sufficed. And of course the new booking was extra, so good on them for making a couple extra bucks off my back. Once in the room the shower had 1 setting...hurricane force winds. Just enough pressure to leave the floors wet when coming out of the shower. The amenities were nice however so there's that

Excellent location with very friendly staff. The lazy river and fun provided for adults and kids make this hotel destination on many families list. The rooms are clean and the amenities goes up based on the price. Overall, great venue and place to stay.
