We did not have an enjoyable experience. Of the four days we stayed, we had to visit the front desk on three of them. Our room was dirty upon arrival. The were small fake eyelashes on the bathroom counter and paper on the floor under the sink. The cleaners tidied but failed to clean the items previously mentioned even though we showed them pictures. Then, they changed our room which also had a few cleanliness issues such as a stray hair stuck to the shower walls and a clear piece of plastic in the middle of the floor which was found by stepping on in bare feet. This room was supposedly checked for us before they reassigned our room. We let it all slide this time so we could enjoy our vacation. Still, we had to go back to the front desk even after we checked out because there were errors with our bill. Everyone was friendly but not necessarily effective. Casino is average for the Strip. Restaurants are way overpriced for the quality of food provided.

Rooms were good, but everything else you get what you pay for. You’re away from the strip, people are ghetto, their food inside the hotel was crazy expensive. The cafe tasted like airport food, with “foldgers” coffee. The service in the restaurants were good though. Again you get what you pay for, so if you want cheap rooms, this hotels is great for you but other than that, it’s pretty ghetto and not worth it

We stayed at the MGM for my birthday. The hotel is clean and nicely kept. The rooms are great! Nice and clean but they charge you to use the mini fridge! $50 I think that is absolutely ridiculous especially in the hot time of year you should be provided a place to keep drinks cold without being charged extra. The pool area is nicely kept and the pools are pretty warm. The chemicals were a little harsh as I got a chlorine chemical burn. We asked the front desk for a late check out and manager was very rude and lacked professionalism. She actually seems like she was on a power trip. We were willing to pay the late check out fee too! We did end up getting a late check out through the app. Our flight was late so we really needed the extra time. All of the other staff we had interactions with were great and so friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was well maintained. Housekeeping was outstanding so friendly and welcoming. One down side is no coffee maker. The Starbucks was closed early or not open at all so that was a bummer. Overall the hotel is good but I think we will be trying a new place next time we head to Vegas

We stayed for three nights at The MGM Grand for our first visit to Las Vegas in our sixty plus years. Every other year a late former co-worker of mine went to Las Vegas and this was the only hotel he would stay at, he loved it. He loved the slot machines there and the slot machines "loved him!" When my husband booked this for our hotel, I knew it was a wise choice. The two shows that we had wanted to see just happened to be at that complex: David Copperfield and Cirque d' Soleil...how convenient is that? ! We highly recommend. The hotel is fabulous "all around", centrally located. Easy to get to and from the hotel. I see why my aforementioned co-worker constantly used this particular hotel!

Great location at the beginning of the strip.
Massive hotel, so to get from your room to anywhere in the hotel or outside, you are walking a lot.
Lots of great restaurants in the hotel. You could stay here and never leave.
The rooms are ok, but not the kind of room you want to hang out in. To use the fridge for your own water or anything else, there is a charge.
The bathroom was spacious and clean. The towels are not nice and you can see that other people have used them.
