Very fun down and old. Felt dirty. Definitely not a 5 star hotel and we stayed in a suite room. Maybe a 3 star hotel.
Kids enjoyed the pool so that’s something.
Easy to go island hopping from.
Would not recommend this place at all sorry. Needs a total revamp.

Spectacular sunset. Surprisingly the hotel caters for many Korean visitors. Kids had great fun at the pool and they adored the bathtub.
Breakfast is okay.

Well, I have a mixed feeling about this resort.
The resort is indeed beautiful and very green. The lobby is huge and there a lot of place/area to just sit and enjoy the day and view. The room is comfortable with luxury amenities.
During the evening at each of the lounges, there is live music but the band is not a good one and it's lousy. Not worth staying to enjoy it.
The pool is big and beautiful. The breakfast selection was just okay, and it's always crowded even if it is not during public holiday/school break.
The beach activities were fun ... you can make the booking on the same day.
Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable holiday for us!

The location is fantastic. There are many activities on the grounds to keep.you busy, though most coat a little extra. They have their own pier, which made island hopping very easy. While the location and views are highly recommended, the service is very poor. There are many staff around, they just seem to be distracted or less eager to serve you, especially at the pool area. I would still recommend it, but perhaps pack your own drinks and snacks.

We had a Lions Club dinner event at the grand ballroom and was dismayed that the first dish was cleared off without us having the chance to eat it as we were busy with the Awards Ceremony.
I personally understand that this is a mistake on the part of the junior waiters. The supervisor even personally apologize to us and offered to replace the meal for us which we politely decline. However, I believe this could be avoided if the staff has adequate training. Otherwise, I do not see how your hotel could be considered as 5 star as the services rendered is not up to mark.
