Violet Cox
The most beautiful, clean comfortable welcoming hotel we’ve ever stayed in ( over many years of traveling). They’ve thought of everything you would want for a luxurious experience. It was so tropical, inside and out with lots of nooks and crannies you could escape the sun which shined the whole time during our visit. Staff are extremely lovely and helpful. Food was fabulous with such a great choice. We felt it was a Tropical paradise as soon as you step out of your room, with Palms and exotic trees and fish ponds ( I could go on and on🙂). Happy birds in a lovely huge cage fed and cleaned daily, with lots of fruit to eat and baby birds to feed. Several swimming pools around . WE WILL BE GOING BACK.

Hotel with big well maintained territory, food is good except desserts, they are all made of palm oil. Staff is lovely, attentive! German retired people occupy sunbeds with sunrise, so when you come to pool to swim there are no sunbeds available.

First impressions are fantastic. However, after a while, you begin to notice some cracks in the veneer. The hotel is quite amazing in many ways, but they really need to scrap the two sitting dinner arrangement. This just doesn't work, leading to unnecessary queueing and luke warm food. So much that one tends to compromise food choices due to the wait times. After which, you are then pressured into exiting the restaurant before the next sitting starts! Not too impressive! No complaints with anything else - so far!

Perfect vacation getaway! The hotel is just amazing, like you are in a oasis in middle of desert. The staff is the friendliest people I ever met, simply the whole atmosphere and the energy in the hotel is incredible.

Really lovely hotel with excellent staff. Great location for a stress free quiet holiday. This was our 2nd visit and we will be back. Not too impressed with the evening meal, but we ate out so was not an issue.
