Hotel has soft beds, awesome splash pad and a wonderful pool. The breakfast was not good, and the rooms were very dirty (walls and bathrooms) people were nice and the I enjoyed being able to do my laundry. Overall we wouldn't chose to stay here again but it did have some nice perks. If breakfast tasted better I'd give a higher score. Also the fridge and door had to be fixed while we were staying. Rooms were very quiet as well, great shades

Great hotel super clean,. spacious rooms, excellent location and friendly staff. Close to everything, very nice amenities, pool, gym, breakfast, etc. I highly recommend this hotel. The only thing which surprised me, parking is extra. But reasonable price otherwise, so overall very happy with it.

Woonderlust Woons

For the most part, we loved the size of the room. We’re two adults and one kid. The room we booked was two queens plus a sofa bed. It came with a kitchen (no oven). The size of the room was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable. Condition of the room was not the best but still acceptable for the price. Staff are nice and they try really hard. From housekeeping to reception to the clean up crew at breakfast. Such amazing people. Gym is nice with new equipment. Pool area looks nice too but the water was not heated and so it was freezing. Our flight coming in was delayed and we checked in at 2am. The original room they gave us felt like the room you get when you are the last guest to check in for the night. It was on the ground floor right next to the lobby. It had many ants crawling around the kitchen and the most putrid, off putting smell from the shower and the sink. Like something died in the pipes! Reception said they were full house (it was the last room!) and can have us in another room the next day. Next day we got a new room, this one was in better condition but still that smell coming from the shower. It was not as strong as the first room but it was definitely still there. We didn’t brother to change rooms again. It was traumatic every time we had to shower 😩 Upon check out we informed the front desk about the smell and the lady at front desk mentioned that it might have been the same stack which made sense. She said she would have maintenance look into it. Overall for the price and great service we felt it’s still a good hotel for families on a budget that want the space and the kitchen.

Sadly, this is a badly managed hotel. High fees, bad breakfast, and dishonest staff. Rooms have dirty floors, scuffs, and scratches. Staff are inconsiderate, unprofessional and dismissive of concerns. Many do not speak English. Breakfast is not kept fresh. Parking is exorbitant and should be free. Overall, it is not worth the price. I do not know where the positive reviews are coming from.

We absolutely loved our stay at Element!!! EXTREMELY clean! The beds are wonderful and so comfortable!! Free breakfast daily that was great!! We loved the happy hour as well with free wine and beer with a small snack. The hotel fitness center was great as well. Convenient location, friendly staff, safe area, no complaints at all!! Morella was so sweet and helpful! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!
