Our stay at Bay Gardens was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the incredible service and attention to detail from the staff, especially Nathaniel.
His warm and humorous welcome set a fantastic tone from the start. Not only did he smoothly handle the check-in process, but his assistance with luggage and personalized room tour made a lasting impression. Nathaniel's hospitality truly contributed to making my mother's 60th birthday celebration unforgettable.
The staff went above and beyond, decorating the room beyond our expectations, adding an extra touch of joy to the occasion. The gratitude extends to the entire team at Bay Gardens for their part in making our stay remarkable.
The hotel itself has five beautiful pools, with the main one located near the restaurant and bar. The bar serves delicious cocktails, our favorites were the Mudslide and Rum Punch.
Additionally, the breakfast variety was impressive and catered to various tastes, adding to the overall positive experience.
Moreover, the staff's friendliness and readiness to assist at any time greatly enhanced our vacation in Saint Lucia. Their helpfulness and warm demeanor made our stay even more delightful.
Without hesitation, I'll be recommending Bay Gardens to friends and family, thanks to the remarkable service and experience provided.
Thank you immensely for making our vacation truly special!

Terrible service. A month before the trip, called and emailed to modify the stay. Neither email nor calls were not answered. I followed up with the email. I got a response that said I could edit online. Online editing showed that if I edited my stay, I would be charged at a new, higher rate. My reservation was all inclusive for two adults. When I checked in, they told me I could not use the second all-inclusive wrist band which was in my paid reservation. The hotel staff would not allow my friend-who was also a guest use that wristband. The all inclusive included two spa treatments at a spa at a different resort. I had an email that said, schedule before you arrive, as they book up. I called the spa before I arrived. I asked what treatments I could have with my all inclusive. I chose a pedicure and back massage from the options she told me. When I arrived for my treatments, the spa cashier asked for my spa vouchers. I didn’t receive spa vouchers when I checked in and did not know what she was talking about. She called my hotel and spoke with them then charged me $75 usd. When I returned to the hotel, I asked for a refund as they had not given me the vouchers at check in, nor informed me of the process at check in. The hotel staff informed me that the pedicure was not an option the voucher would cover and that $75usd was the price of only the pedicure (which was just nail polish—nothing fancy). I told the staff the situation, still no refund. The staff are unhelpful at best. I would politely approach asking for information. The staff would stare and eyeroll us constantly. We often waited long periods of time before we were waited on at the restaurant or bar. One staff member was particularly rude throughout our stay, Shanese. She worked at the front desk. One stay-related question we asked her, she simply rolled her eyes and stated, “I don’t know.” And that was the end of the interaction. After a few moments, we asked if she could check for an answer, to which she again rolled her eyes and gave us a look of exasperation. She finally called someone for an answer. We are able to use the beach at another hotel. Also in the all inclusive, there is the “Dine Around Town” program where you are able to eat at some local restaurants. Again, I was not informed of the process of this when I arrived. The receptionist, once again, said she didn’t know. When we pressed her to find out the whole interaction lasted about 20 min. Finally, she gave us a print out of restaurants but informed us that one of the listed places was no longer in the program. A couple days later, we called down to reception to try the program. The front desk had to have a manager sign, and there was no one around to sign. Blue paint from the smaller, middle pool came off on our bathing suits which are not ruined as the paint won’t come off with washing. Cockroaches and ants in my room was a constant. I did not have any food in my room, but there were ants in the bed which was firm to the extreme. A couple days into my stay, I showed Alicia the operations manager photos of the cockroaches. She said she would have the room cleaned again. She did not offer to move rooms. The room was clean, I’m not sure how cleaning, again, would help. It didn’t. The insects were constant. The door, when shut, showed daylight where the door met the the jamb. Insects came and went as they pleased. The three onsite pools are very small. Really, if the service hadn’t been so horrible, I might not leave a review at all. The karaoke keeps anyone in a room around the pool awake until very late. A room by the road has terrible traffic noise by which I mean you can hear the music people are playing in their vehicles. Overall we had bad service, everything was a hassle, we were made to feel bothersome. Such a terrible experience. I don’t want to return to St. Lucia because of this experience.

We stayed here 7 days. It is not a fancy resort, but it is walking distance to shopping, entertainment, and sightseeing. We expected this place to be outdated, but it is clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We booked this resort as to be able to explore local culture. We had a decent time.

The decor in the rooms needs a bit updating, dresser drawers did not work very well, but where this hotel lacked in luster it made up for in service and hospitality the staff was marvelous big shout out to Helena and Nildra..the food was excellent and location location location...Rodney Bay has it all and more. We will be back Saint Lucia.

The room was not clean, extremely poor water pressure and the hotel was loud at all hours of the night. My room was on the second story overlooking a patio and the patio lights stayed on all night which shined through the sliding glass door. I moved hotels 2 nights into my stay.
