I had a very nice stay here, i will say in the beginning before i came i was a little bit skeptical because of the reviews but i came to realize that most of them are not true, do not always believe reviews. First impression this place is beautiful, front desk staff was super nice and helpful, to avoid early check in fee i was told to wait until 1pm which i did and we got checked in pretty quickly which was great. We stayed in the king superior tower the outside is clean and very nice, they even have a cafe & a gym in that building as well which was perfect. (p.s the water bottles are not $5 the prices in the cafe are actually pretty affordable for a resort)(one recommendation for the gym is to have some dumbbells and it will be perfect) The room we stayed in was super clean, we had a perfect view of volcano bay, beds are super comfortable, they have black out curtains which is super good. The sink area was also clean i liked the design of it very modern as well as the bedroom. One thing i will say the bathroom is a little bit outdated its just a tub and a toilet super clean though, just wish it was a little more modern but overall great hot water and clean bathroom. The pool area was very clean, lots of sitting area with shades and pool towels with a bar to drink. Although the pool was super clean i will say the bottom floor does feel a little bit sandy but that did not bother me. Another great thing about this resort is the complimentary shuttle to the parks & they have express checkout by the elevators so you don’t have to go all the way to the front desk. A few more great things they have an arcade that is affordable as well & a restaurant which is great for people who may not want to eat out. The area is great lots of food, stores, and activities to do walking distance. Overall great stay, beautiful hotel definitely recommend staying here. Piece of advice don’t always listen to the bad reviews some people just go overboard because of something so small that isn’t a big deal.

Definitely a great value hotel, relatively cheap when compared to other hotels around, and they have some nice amenities. They also have a shuttle that goes to all the popular theme parks, you just have to be there on time because the bus leaves exactly when it says it will depart. The hotel is kind of old, so expect to see some rusty stuff. I have to say the cleaners assigned to my room didn’t really do a great job but the front desk guys were always helpful. Enjoy your stay

AWFUL HOTEL. We arrived late afternoon the hotel smelt of weed and the reception staff were very rude. Once we got into the rooms there was no storage for our clothes and had no cot for our 1 year old daughter. I rang the receptionist to be told there were no cots and they couldn’t accommodate. We ended up having to buy our own cot as they weren’t interested in helping. The water was always cold and had no pressure so we couldn’t have a warm shower. Lifts never worked so we struggled with a toddler and a pram. The pool area was nice but didn’t have any umbrellas or shade for children near the pool, they only had 5 umbrellas on tables which is useless so we just went to the waterparks instead of staying around the pool. There was one woman in the cafe who stole money of us as we were charged 4 dollars for an ice cream everyday, but when she served us we were charged 7 dollars. So watch out for the scruffy lady in glasses at the cafe and check your money. Overall would not recommend

We stayed for 4 nights and our room constantly smelled like weed because people were smoking in rooms around us. The water pressure was absolute garbage, barely a trickle. The faucet in the shower and the toilet paper holder were not properly secured in the walls so they moved every time they were touched. The floors were filthy so we had to wear shoes the entire stay. I had to get new keys every day because they would stop working and I couldn’t enter my room. Definitely 10/10 DO NOT recommend. It’s not worth saving $200 for a cheap, dirty hotel. I’d rather pay more to get a nicer hotel.

The lobby area was very nice and the staff was kind and efficient. i loved the vibe upon first arrival. The courtyard area was very cool in the middle. The view from our room was a very cool view of Volcano Bay across the way. Getting to the room, it was okay. The room itself was very spacious but it was very dated and didn’t feel clean. The shower and bathroom needed attention. The walls are THIN and the door separating the rooms next door have a giant gap under them so between those two things, it felt like you’re in the room with the people next door. We could hear everything, the TV next door on all night and the people talking and we could smell them smoking. Not the best stay. As for location, it’s a great one. Right in the middle of Orlando near theme parks and attractions. Plenty of nearby restaurants and experiences.
